Story
Journey came to us in 2019 after being found stray, skinny and injured in the woods of SC. She had surgery to repair a fracture and was adopted out several months later. She is back with us after a life where she lived gated off in a room away from the family with another dog. She has a new life and a new name!! Jolene! When we got her back she was scared and anxious. She`s been living at a wonderful pet resort and they have made tremendous progress with her. She is now loving, playful with dogs, seeks their attention, loves her chew toys and doing great. She may be shy initially in a home so a little patience and time to adjust would be good. She is loyal and longs for a normal life where she can be part of a family. Age 7.5. 56 lb.

Story
Biscuit ended up in a shelter as a stray. She was so happy to be safe in her foster home that she slept for 3 straight days! Our best guess is she is a Boxer/American Pitbull Terrier mix. She is VERY sweet and gentle, and well behaved. She sits for her treats, waits her turn, and takes those treats very gently. She has not exhibited food aggression in her foster home. Biscuit is getting along well with the dogs in her foster home but has chased the family cat. We think a home without cats would be best for her. She is house trained, uses the doggie door, and loves to sit in the sun. She loves all people and just wants them to love her. She gives the best hugs. Biscuit is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. She is approximately 7 years old and weighs 45 lbs. Adoption fee $250.

Story
Hank Jr is very much bonded with his sister Emmylou. They are 2 yrs old. Adopted out to someone who adored them, the life situation changed and returning these babies to us was unavoidable. They rely on each other so much so we can`t split them up, especially after the heartbreak of losing their home. They graduated from Woof University, a training school. They are housetrained, smart, playful, crate trained and beautiful. Hank Jr. weighs 56, while Emmylou weighs 58. Spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips provided. They deserve a happy life together and we`re committed to finding that for them.

Story
We were made aware of this precious girl hanging around a home in a very rural area of the SC Upstate. We sent up a volunteer who found her hiding from the hot sun under a deck. She crept out, whining and crying and went straight into their arms, so thankful to be rescued. Chessy was shy initially in her foster home, but always sweet. She gets along with people and dogs in this home and has been leash trained, which was a bit of a challenge. She is smart though and very trainable, she simply never had anyone teach her things before. Chessy loves to be where you are and would be over the moon happy with a secure yard to run and play. She is around 10 mos old as of Aug 1. Spay, vaccines, microchip provided. She is ready for the good life!!

Story
Mars is out of this world! He is a loving, playful, sweet boy who will brighten up your life with his personality and energy. He is a wonderful companion. He is housetrained and getting better on a leash, though he is a strong boy and sometimes pulls. All he wants to do is play, make new friends and be loved. He is a bit too curious for cats though, so a cat free home is probably best. Older children who can handle his zest for life and size would be good. He adores kids and they adore him! He gives kisses, loves to cuddle and is very ready to be adopted. Neuter, vaccines, microchip provided. 2 yrs 50 lb.

Story
Phoebe craves time and love from her people. She wants to be a close companion. Saved from a local shelter, Phoebe`s previous owners knew she was there and chose to abandon her. We`ve promised her that will never happen again. Phoebe is good with the dogs, loves to take walks and play and is happiest when not alone. We adore this girl and she loves everyone she meets. There are 9 dogs in her foster home and she gets along with them all, big and small. She does enjoy a playmate and will tolerate crating if another dog is near her. She would rather be loose though and has been trustworthy. Phoebe is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped. 48 lb. What she needs now is a lifelong, loving home!
