Story
Hey there, Don’t swipe. Let me explain. I know I'm rather large but I promise my heart is bigger. I love daily walks, doggie play dates, watching National Geographic as I pretend they are in the house. I can give you all the wet kisses you desire. Exceptionally if you just ate. I am lazy from eating so many snacks throughout the day or begging for them so I sleep mostly. Things that aren’t may fav are people that knock on the door/ring the door bell until I see them and cats, their claws hurt. I just want a home where I am accepted for my big size and bigger heart. Food is nice too! Will you adopt me? Think about it :)

Story
My name is Gunther.  It means Warrior.  I’m a little older guy who’s been through some stuff.  When I came here, I was so sick.  I had an upper-respiratory infection, a urinary tract infection, hookworms, heartworms, knee problems…I was so tired…I could barely walk and I was about 20 pounds under weight.  I battled back because I am a warrior.  But they tell me I’m also a goofball.  I like laying on the couch with my people; naps are my favorite thing. And food.  I like that a lot.  My people have cats and the little ones are fun to watch (sometimes the big ones are scary, even for a warrior).  Life is pretty good now, but I think I’d like my own person; one I don’t have to share with so many others.  Would you be my person?  Email AnimalRescueCarolina@yahoo.com to request an application.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 4, 2024, 5:46 pm

Story
Kenny loves when the peanut butter box is here!  He was born around 2/7/21 and had the bad luck of being owned by someone who tied him up and let his collar grown into his neck.  They then tied him to a goal post because they did not have the nerve to surrender him to be safe,  Gotta love people!  He is an affectionate boy who walks well on the leash and is desperate for attention, once he is comfortable.  He does start off shy. He is crate trained, knows basic commands and is undergoing training and he LOVES to please his people. Now he is with a cat rescue HaHa!! We just know there is a home out there for this wonderful dog. Black cats! Black dogs! what ya gonna do?Adopt One, that's what!!He has not been exposed to cats but he ignores dogs on his walks and has only shown a tail wag and happy to meet ya! when in closer contact. email us at animalrescuecarolina@yahoo.com for an application or to meet Kenny.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 4, 2024, 5:46 pm
