Story
Meet Rio! Rio is a stunning black and white puppy. We are thinking she has some hound in her. She has soulful dark brown eyes!! Rio is around 12 weeks old and weighs 10 pounds. Rio and her siblings were born as strays in rural Mississippi and they were surrendered to the rescue. The founder kept their mom and she is thriving so we just need to get her babies into wonderful homes! From Rios foster mom: She is such a good puppy. Crate and house trained even goes out in the pouring rain. When you call her, her whole body just wiggles it’s the cutest thing. She’s so soft, nice shiny coat. Overall just a sweet pup!! She loves other dogs even big ones. She loves being outside playing!! Rio is spayed, up to date on puppy shots, healthy, microchipped and ready to find her forever home. If you are living in a condo or apt and have weight restrictions on pets please be aware that we can not guarantee adult size! Rio is in New England and ready to find her forever home. The adoption donation is $450 which includes a health certificate and costs for the transport north. If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please go to www.angelsamongusanimalrescue.org and fill out an online adoption application. Thank you!

Story
Meet Little Man! Little Man is a stunning young dog who is also super friendly. He is a gorgeous blue Rat Terrier mix and is between 18mo and 2 yrs old. Little Man is good with people and dogs. We haven't had him around young children so to be safe, children over 12 would be fine. He has been extremely quiet at his foster mom's house. He is kennel trained but since he is going through total environment change, he has had a few accidents. Little Man is being rehomed due to no fault of his own. His adopters had been given approval for him at thier rental house, but the Landlord had other ideas when he dropped by. Although they had paid the deposit, he thought 20 lbs was too big and made them get rid of him immediately. So, he is a little sad and misses his adoptive mom. Little Man is totally vetted, neutered, healthy and ready for a new Forever Home. Little Man is currently in TN but will be transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $500 which includes a health certificate and costs for the transport north. If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please go to www.angelsamongusanimalrescue.org and fill out an online adoption application. Story
Meet Margot!! Margot is an 8-9 months old Australian Kelpie or Shepherd mix with a sweet disposition. She loves toys and LOVES the water. This girl could swim or splash in a puddle all day. Currently weighs 25lbs, she is expected to be around 35-40lbs fully grown. We know she is a mix due to her smaller size but her demeanor is all Shepherd. She was found at 5 months as a stray, so training was late in her development. She is working hard on potty training. This little girl is very smart and loyal, she will be attached to her person. Hopping in the car, going on walks, laying next to you while you cook dinner- she wants to be with her people. And she loves dogs and kids! Prefers women, but if patient man that can give her a week or so to learn to trust him. Margot is crate trained, knows basic commands and walks well on a leash. She also has good recall so she does well off leash too. She has puppy energy and needs at least two walks a day. We think she would do best with another dog but could do fine as an only pet as well. She is best suited for an experienced dog owner. Margot, is healthy, up to date on shots and is spayed. Margot is located in New England and ready as can be to head to her new home! The adoption donation is $400 . If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please go to www.angelsamongusanimalrescue.org and fill out an online adoption application. Thank you!
