Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Trotter was found roaming the streets. After three weeks, he was caught. He is deaf with a Merle eye, meaning that he has limited vision. He's walks on a leash really well. He has beautiful eyes and is a very sweet guy who seems to prefer women. Trotter is very affectionate with his person/people and loves to show his belly for rubs. This handsome guy is animal friendly with both cats and dogs; however, due to his limited vision, Trotter prefers gentle playmates that won't be up in his face. Trotter is working on following commands and is getting the hang of taps and sign commands; he is so eager to please. While Trotter is almost completely deaf and has limited vision, don't let that fool you! He gets around with no issue and loves to play and cuddle. This gorgeous hunk is currently in Arizona City, and we are happy to meet anywhere for interested parties. Adoption fee is $150Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 22, 2024, 10:23 pm

Story
Meet Margot!! Margot is an 8-9 months old Australian Kelpie or Shepherd mix with a sweet disposition. She loves toys and LOVES the water. This girl could swim or splash in a puddle all day. Currently weighs 25lbs, she is expected to be around 35-40lbs fully grown. We know she is a mix due to her smaller size but her demeanor is all Shepherd. She was found at 5 months as a stray, so training was late in her development. She is working hard on potty training. This little girl is very smart and loyal, she will be attached to her person. Hopping in the car, going on walks, laying next to you while you cook dinner- she wants to be with her people. And she loves dogs and kids! Prefers women, but if patient man that can give her a week or so to learn to trust him. Margot is crate trained, knows basic commands and walks well on a leash. She also has good recall so she does well off leash too. She has puppy energy and needs at least two walks a day. We think she would do best with another dog but could do fine as an only pet as well. She is best suited for an experienced dog owner. Margot, is healthy, up to date on shots and is spayed. Margot is located in New England and ready as can be to head to her new home! The adoption donation is $400 . If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please go to www.angelsamongusanimalrescue.org and fill out an online adoption application. Thank you!

Story
Meet Piper! Piper is a super friendly adult dog. She was surrendered because her furry sibling decided to beat her up and did a number on this sweet girl! She still has some scarring on her chest and a little on her face to show what she went through ! To keep her safe her family decided it was best to rehome her. Piper hasn't let any of this get her down or change her sweet outgoing friendly nature. She is just the sweetest happy dog! Piper is medium size, only 41 pounds, and a pretty brindle. She is spayed, up to date on shots and on HW and flea/tick preventatives. Piper is 8 years old and would be a wonderful addition to any home looking for a happy balanced dog! Piper is currently in TN but will be transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $350 which includes a health certificate and costs for the transport north.
