Story
PANDA is a 12 month old, 45 pound, Pitbull/ mixed-breed girl looking for her forever home. * Panda is an energetic, lively, happy dog! * She loves people and always wants pets. * She loves toys! Panda loves playing tug and chasing balls. * Panda is friendly and playful with other dogs and does well with dogs larger than her! She has several friends here at the shelter. She is confident and social. * She loves training for treats and knows sit, down, and shake. * She likes water and will wade in the pond and fetch sticks. She loves the kiddie pool! She got to go on a field trip and loves getting to swim in the lake! * She is a typical pup with mouthy & nippy behaviors. She is learning how to be more gentle! * Panda is an energetic girl who needs adequate play time and time outdoors! She is a high-energy dog and would do well with an active adopter. She would be awesome for jogging or hiking! * She would do well with an experienced owner to help her training! She is smart and willing. * We think she would be best in a home with no toddlers/kids under 8 due to her roughness, but could be good with older children! * She is spayed, chipped and fully vetted. Story
HI, I'm COLT, a 3 year old, 65 pound, mixed breed fella looking for his forever home. * I love to go for walks and play with tennis balls. * Intelligent, athletic, and very handsome - yep, that's me! * I am focused, intense and driven about toys! * I love people and how they like to give me affection and pets. I'm outgoing and super sweet, and sometimes give kisses. * I'm a beautiful fawn-colored boy with pretty matching eyes - it gives me a distinctive look🧡 * I'm heartworm negative! * I know sit and down on command and love training. I’m so smart!!! * I can be dog-selective, so if you already have a pup, we would need to do a meet and greet. I likely would do better with a female or non-dominant dog. * I must go to an adult-only home. No kids! I have a herding tendency and like to nip movement like people running Are you looking for a handsome guy to be your loving companion? I may be your guy! It's easy to meet up. Just fill out an application and the humans here will call you to set up time. Story
**Think this dog might be for you? The first step is to complete an application: http://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html We do not arrange transport for our dogs. If your application is approved, you will be required to come to us to pick up your dog.** Brad came to our rescue after we were notified by a shelter in Michigan City, IN. He is currently located with our foster mom near Nashville, TN. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and is looking for his perfect home. Brad's DNA test came back showing him being 53.5 Jagdterrier, 15.1 Russell-type Terrier, and the rest being a variety. Brad is estimated to be about two years old and weighed about 20 pounds when we got him. He is people-selective and he tolerates his female foster because she is dog savvy. He needs an experienced adopter, and an experienced MALE adopter would be ideal. If that experienced male adopter is active, even better. We understand that Brad won't be an ideal fit for everyone, but we know that his perfect person is out there! He is housed with other dogs and can be selective about the ones he prefers. He has not been kid or cat tested, but we feel that he needs to go to a home where he can be the only pet, and where there is a strong adult male role model and no kids! Brad is located near Nashville, TN and his adoption fee is $260.
