Hi. We've lived in the Hill Country for the past 8 years, and every year, abandoned dogs find their way to our home—wounded, scared, and exposed to predators like coyotes, hawks, and wild cats. From the beginning, we’ve opened our hearts and protected many. This November, 5 more arrived. We’ve done our best, but we can’t keep them all—we’ve already adopted two. This sweet girl came recently. The vet says she’s about 1 and half year old and was already SPAYED. She’s deeply affectionate, loyal, and simply wants love and safety. If something in your heart feels ready, this is a beautiful chance to give her the home she deserves.. We can meet halfway if needed. Thank you for helping us give this loving soul a second chance! ❤️

Chata was bought off an old lady that didn’t have space for them she was bought with another dog same breed they got along very well. She gets along with other dogs good, chata is around 8 years old she barks at first then once you get closer she smells you and opens up to you, chata was never a problem dog for us she just barked a lot due to us having her with our chickens she would scare away coyotes she has never bit a familiar of us or anyone she hasn’t recognized she truly is a good dog but we are moving in about a month and would need someone to have her she loves water like absolutely loves it so if someone is interested in having a water dog she’s the one, we give her daily water showers.

Maya is about 10 years old, we got her around 7 years ago after a pretty bad flood hit Houston and we saw her in a shelter and it clicked immediately She’s fully up to date on everything/ spayed and is on a month to month heart worm treatment that I will provide a 1 year supply of upon rehome. She’s the most laid back dog someone could ask for, will sit next to you while you watch tv or lay down with you on your bed if you call her up. She LOVES to sunbathe she cannot get enough of it. I am simply looking for a family or a couple with time on their hands to give her the love she deserves and to spend time with her as she loves spending time with people, she’s great with kids and gets along with dogs once introduced and they get to smell each other. Can waive the adoption fee if I find a suitable home for her and will do anything to find her a home

Gracie is a loving, loyal, and energetic German Shorthaired Pointer mix who thrives when she has room to run, explore, and do her zoomies. She's affectionate, smart, athletic, and happiest when she can be outdoors. She enjoys playing fetch, going for car rides, watching "TV for Dogs," getting chest and ear rubs, and spending time outside chasing birds, squirrels, and the occasional frog. Without regular activity, she can get frustrated, but she also loves her indoor spaces.Gracie is house-trained, crate-trained for sleeping, microchipped, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations. She understands basic commands and is eager to please, though she needs continued support with leash pulling and her excitement when meeting new friends. She has been around small and older children and does well with them. She has spent time around other dogs in daycare, but any introductions to pets in the home should be slow and supervised. She will thrive in a home that can provide structure and love.
