She is also great around all people and children. She is not good around small pets (small dogs/cats/backyard friends). She will need a home that can give her lots of love, because she always wants cuddles and attention. Please let me know if interested!

Story
Boston was rehomed to me in January of this year. My friend couldn’t take her with to the state she was moving to. I decided to take Boston in. Late October I started to have a lot of issues in my personal life. Those said issues costed me my job, and apartment. Boston had to suffer the consequences of my issues. She actually made my life way better, and it hurts to rehome her again. I am trying to just do what’s best for her because now she isn’t able to be inside with me like we used to be in my apartment. Now that I’m living back home with my mother. She is a sweetheart, and deserves all the love she can get.

Story
I've had Ninja for 6 years, the shelter thinks she was 4 when I got her, so that makes her around 10. She came to me with a traumatic past. She is much better, but still timid and shy. She loves to be pet and go for walks. She is very good around other animals and mostly keeps to herself, but does play once she gets used to another animal. The born date is an estimate based on information provided when she was received at the shelter.

Story
Dear Santa, I hope you are doing well and that the reindeer are ready for their big flight. I have been trying very hard to be a good boy this year. My foster tells me I am a "Very Good Boy" almost every day, especially when I sit for treats, so I hope that counts for the Nice List. Usually, I would ask for a squeaky hedgehog or maybe a really big bone, but this year, my wish is different. I don't really need toys. What I really, really want is a forever home. If you can find me a family for Christmas, Santa, I promise to be the best gift they ever got. Here is what I can offer: I will keep their feet warm on cold nights. I will always be happy to see them when they come through the door (tail wags guaranteed). I will listen to all their stories, even the boring ones. I will clean up any crumbs that fall on the kitchen floor (I am very efficient at this). Please check your list twice and see if there is anyone who needs a loyal friend with a wet nose and a big heart. Love, Morty

Story
I adopted Maverick from the WILCO Shelter, and while the experience wasn’t the right fit for me, Maverick himself is truly a wonderful dog. He is sweet, loving, and playful, and he forms strong bonds with his people. He is house trained, loves playing fetch, and enjoys cuddling. Maverick does experience anxiety with crating and does best without one. He is dog-reactive and currently pulls on the leash and struggles with consistent command-following, so he would benefit from continued training and an experienced, patient owner. With structure and time, he has great potential. Due to recent personal life changes, I’m finding it difficult to give Maverick the time and attention he deserves. My goal is to find him a loving home where he can receive the consistency, exercise, and affection he needs. He is a very good boy and would thrive with someone who can invest in him.
