Story
Gunther is an amazing dog, he's a very good boy. We selected him as a pup from a breeder in East Texas and met both his momma and daddy (gorgeous looking dogs). He is playful and loves being at your feet; house/crate trained, good on/off leash, knows various commands, loves to play fetch with a tennis ball, and is pretty good at catching a frisbee. In April of 2022, my wife and I welcomed our first baby. Gunther did not adjust well and became distant with momma and only listened to my commands. We gave him three months to adjust to the baby, but it just didn't happen. He was NEVER aggressive to my wife or the infant, but made the entire situation more tense and prompted action on our part. July of 2022, my father-in-law volunteered to take Gunther as he had just retired and had a really good bond with Gunther. My father-in-law passed April of 2023. We tried to make it work again by bringing him home, but it's not happening for the four of us.

Story
I took Nate in from a family in San Antonio that found him in their neighborhood. They were looking for someone to foster him and since I work from home I decided to take care of him. He has received all of his needed vaccines. I am likely to moving changing jobs soon where I will not be home nearly as often and I also tend to get bad allergies with an animal inside so I am looking for someone to take him in. He is very playful and friendly to people and dogs that I have noticed so far.

Found puppy 9/16/23 in 78617 Travis county She is super sweet. I'm not really sure what breed she is . Approximately 3 months old and less than 15 pounds. She gets along well with my dogs, is doing great at being grate trained and very smart. I have been using training treats and she is learning to sit and come quickly. Does not seem to bark much.

Story
Meet Max, a treasured family member for 11 wonderful years, now seeking a new loving home as he embraces his golden age. Though his movements have slowed with time, his affectionate nature remains unwavering. Max finds solace snuggled in soft blankets and delights in tennis balls and knotted tube socks, bringing out his playful side. Around children, he shows a gentle spirit, preferring a calm atmosphere over rough play. Notably, Max prefers the coziness of carpets or rugs, avoiding tile and wood flooring whenever he can. In his next home, Max would thrive best without young children or other pets, where he can enjoy his role as a devoted companion. If you're ready to provide a tranquil and loving environment, Max is ready to share his years of companionship and love.

Story
Pet's name: Jack. AKA: Mr Wiggle Butts My son rescued him from becoming a fighting dog but she couldn’t keep him. It looks like the original owner cut one of his ears? We don’t know if that person had already tried to start fighting him or what. Just thank God he was rescued sooner rather than later 🥺Jack was only about 5 months old. He has been trained and can go off leash. He will bring his nose down to your feet repeatedly while you are outside with him and stay by your side. He has been crate trained. He understands “Place” and “Sit/Stay”. He does have a LOT of energy. He loves to play with other dogs, fetch a football. We don’t feel it’s fair to him to be with a family that can’t give him enough time and energy he needs. He definitely is a great furry baby for a person that likes to go hiking, walks, and play fetch with him. He is so incredibly lovable once he’s gotten his energy out and settles down, he wants to just be by your side or cuddle up with you.

Story
Sassy is a really sweet girl who the vet says is about a year old. We found her and another dog in our driveway under our cars. They have been with us for a few weeks and love people. Sassy loves to get pets and attention, but likes her personal space as well. She has been good with our 10 year old son as well but not with our current dog and that is why we cannot keep her. Also our landlord has only agreed to a short term basis of us keeping the dogs and they aren’t allowed in the house. When we found them they were emaciated and basically wild so she will need training. Please consider adopting Sassy before we are forced to call animal control. Thank you for your help.
