Story
Meet Jeffrey! Jeffrey may look like a big, tough guy at first glance, but don’t let his size (or his booming bark) fool you — he’s really just a goofy softie with a heart of gold. He’s the kind of dog who can make you laugh with his silly antics one minute and melt into you for cuddles the next. Jeffrey gets along with other dogs and even does well with cats. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he decides you’re his friend, he’ll shower you with all the love he has to give. He loves to run, play, and enjoy the outdoors, but he’s equally happy to curl up close when it’s time to relax. What makes Jeffrey truly special is his big personality and even bigger heart. Sadly, his bark and size sometimes cause people to overlook him, but those who take the time to get to know Jeffrey quickly realize he’s just a lovable goof ready to find his place in the world.

Story
This is beautiful Godiva, the delightful pup who captures the hearts of everyone she meets with her irresistible charm and loving spirit! She is incredibly sociable and adores human affection, forming deep connections and bonding strongly with her people. Godiva's affectionate nature makes her a favorite among shelter staff and visitors alike. We believe she would do best with older children rather than younger. She eagerly greets every new face with a wag of her tail and a gentle nuzzle. She is not a big fan of cats or other dogs, so she will do best in a home where she is the only furry companion. Godiva has one of the brightest minds and quickly picks up on new commands. She knows all the basics in addition to some fun tricks, she'll even give hugs and kisses when asked! This sweet girl is also potty trained and she has lovely house manners. She walks perfectly on a leash and enjoys quiet strolls with her person. She behaves so beautifully in foster homes and during shelter breaks with her favorite volunteers. She seems very intuitive to her handler, which makes her a perfect bestie! This video shows how perfect she is: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C1MsCnkuymD/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA%3D%3D Recently, Godiva starred in her first news debut as a featured pet of the week and she did wonderfully traveling and on set! As Godiva patiently waits for forever home, her spirit remains unbroken and her hopeful gaze is a testament to her enduring resilience. For those fortunate enough to welcome Godiva into their lives, their reward is a loyal and loving friend who will bring joy, laughter, and endless love to their home for years to come.

True to her name, Loveland is all about love. She’s a beautiful, sweet-natured girl with a calm, easygoing spirit and a touch of playful silliness that will make you smile every day. Whether she’s trotting happily by your side on a walk or curling up for some quiet cuddle time, Loveland’s gentle presence brings peace and joy wherever she goes. She’s wonderful on leash, fully potty trained, and comfortable in her crate — a smart and well-mannered companion who’s ready to fit right into your home. Loveland loves people and soaks up affection with grace and gratitude. She enjoys being close to her humans and has a soft, kind energy that makes her an instant favorite with everyone who meets her. Here at the shelter, Loveland has shown that she may do well with certain dogs, but she’s still learning how she feels about canine friends. She might prefer being the star of the show as your one-and-only, or she could thrive with a calm, respectful companion — she just needs the right match and a little patience as she figures it out. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle, and loving dog who’s as beautiful inside as she is out, Loveland is waiting to meet you. She’s ready to share her heart and bring a little extra love into your life every day. 💕
