Story
Ello again... In case you forgot, I'm Gretzky. I've been in foster care for a long time now and I've really got a good schedule down. I'll tell you about it if you want.... First I wake up and am excited to go potty outside. It's one of my favorite times and I may bark or nip your butt with excitement. Don't worry, I'm not /that/ excited. I just really have to pee. Then I come inside and lay on my beddy. It's my favorite spot. Unfortunately, I'm what my foster calls 'a babe magnet.' This means my canine and feline roommates will come to snuggle in my beddy with me, even in very warm temperatures. I don't understand it either. So we spend the next several hours rotating beddies until lunch, when we go back outside. Much sleeping is had. And snacks. Then the garage door opens and my room mates and I loose our collective minds because foster M'mam is home! I love her. And it means we get to do the best thing ever: walkies. I love pooping when I'm on a leash. I love walking. I don't need to smell anything, I don't care. I just like to walk. Especially in the woods! Sometimes we will see people on our walk. It makes me very nervous. Sometimes they will ask to pet me. I tell them 'No Thank You' by desperately trying to get away from them. Then I am edgy the rest of the walk. What if they secretly pop out of a bush to pet me?? Sometimes my foster M'mam will lock me in the bathroom and pet me. I've gotten used to this strange habit, but I don't really like it. Then, after food smells (sometimes I get veggie scraps to chew on) and screen time, I get my pill treat and it's time for bed. I bet you thought I forgot snack and drinking breaks. I didn't. After the lights go off, I remember I need water to survive and chug all the water. Then I vomit out the extra. Then, I will often drink the extra off the floor. I don't want to make a mess. This is probably why I'm so eager to pee in the morning. So that is my life. It's way better than it was. My foster keeps trying to push me to do bigger and better things. But it's hard! I need someone with patience and who won't expect too much from me... I won't expect much from you either! I just want walks and to feel safe and protected. Story
Hey, hey! Milo here- just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing? My life is going pretty dang great, however I am missing one thing. It’s a family to call my own! My last mom owned me since I was just a puppy until now. She could no longer care for me so I found myself as an orphan… I wasn't socialized much as a young pup so I am more of a one or two person kind of dog. I am up for any adventure that involves just spending time with me! I love laying on the couch watching Netflix, a good football game or a nice long walk. I found myself stuck to my foster mom like her little shadow, but she has lots of other shadows too so I want to find my own family. I get along with all dogs as long as they are respectful of my age and size, I don't mind cats at all either. Fast moving kids will not be my thing, they are just so unpredictable and loud. I love to be cuddled and snuggled. Sleeping under the covers is a must as my hair is so fine I get cold easily. I have mastered this potty thing and haven't had accidents in weeks now! I am off leash trained but only to my one or two special humans. If you think you could be one of my special humans- apply for me today! You can apply for me at: https://www.fetchfosterandrescue.com/adopt Name: Milo DOB: 5/5/19 Weight: 17 lbs Breed: Chihuahua mix Sex: Male Altered: Yes Adoption: 400 Good with Cats: I don’t mind kitties! Story
Hi humans! My name is Princess. I thought I had a forever home but it just wouldn`t stick so I`m back in these kennels once again. Here`s what you should know- I`m a sweet and playful girl who deserves the forever kind of love. It`s looking like I`ll be happiest as the only dog in the home and the jury is still out when it comes to me having any future friendships with cats. I think we`ll have to learn the rest about each other as we go- are you in?!

Story
They call me Thor but I`m not as brave and powerful as my name would suggest. But I once was and I hope that with the help of someone like you, I can be that dog again. I had a human who loved me, but life happened (as it too often does) and before I knew it I was calling a kennel at the shelter my home and surrounded by strangers. I`ll be honest, it took a while for me to get here- the adoption floor. I`m a one person kind of dog and I didn`t want to let others in. But staff have been patient and kind; they haven`t given up on me and I don`t want to let them down. I can tell you that I like to keep my circle small and am loyal to a fault. I enjoy the company of other dogs who match my energy and could take or leave cats. I`d love to find a human who has experience with my breed, lives an active lifestyle and will be dedicated to my success and mental wellbeing. I`d love to be someone`s dog again.

Story
Oh my goodness, HI! I am extremely excited to meet you! My name is Mars and, what can I say, I love making new friends. I have yet to meet someone I don’t love and I’m happiest when they play with me, walk with me, and play fetch with me (even though sometimes I don’t like to give it back). I’m still very young and have learned a lot so far but I’ll admit, I’m a work in progress, so please be patient with me. I love to chew; I can’t help it! It’s my vice so bones and tough toys are a must, or I’ll move onto other tasty things like your shoes, or maybe a throw pillow or two. While I don’t love my kennel, I will go in if I’m told to, but my favorite place to hang out is outside. If you have a nice yard or some land, let’s talk, I’m your girl! With that said, even if you don’t, I love walks and I’m very polite on a leash. While I do like to play with other dogs once I get to know them, I need a slow introduction and I need to be monitored because sometimes I get a little overwhelmed and anxious so doggy daycares are not preferred. I would be best in a single dog household, surrounded by toys and treats instead of other pets, and I have the love and loyalty of 5 pups! So, what are we waiting for? Come meet me! You can apply for me at: https://www.fetchfosterandrescue.com/adopt Name: Mars D.O.B: 8/6/24 Breed: Bully Mix Sex: Female Weight: 49 lbs Altered: Yes Adoption Fee: 400 Good with cats: I'm unsure yet. Good with dogs: I would do best in an only dog home. I’d love to be your one and only! Good with kids: Unknown Special Requirements: Only dog home. *Positive reinforcement obedience training is a great way to bond with your new family member. Story
Hello out there! My name is Mystra and I`m single and ready to mingle! I came to the shelter as a stray and no one came to claim me so now I`m looking to claim a family of my own. I`m a total foodie and good at cuddling, too. I`ve got a lot of energy and would enjoy an active lifestyle. I would need to be the only dog in the home and am not a dog park or dog social kind of gal. Think you have what I`m looking for? Hit me up!
