Hi, I'm Hughie! I am just a tiny little gal who came from a reservation when I was a few weeks old with my brother, Noir. I was really, really scared of people at first but with time and patience I learned that people are actually really great! I love to purr really loud when my foster mom pets my back, belly, and head. Sometimes I even let her hold me like a baby while she gives me pets and I feel like I'm in heaven!
I'm a pretty typical kitten - I really like to play with toys, especially ones that are on a string! In addition to my brother, there's 3 other pets in my foster home that are teaching me a lot! The grown up kitties have helped me learn to groom myself and how to play. The dog makes me a little nervous, but she has taught me how to be brave.
I would do well in almost any home. Even though I love my foster mom, I'm still a little shy around strangers. As long as they give me some space to start, I will observe them from a distance and then make my way over if they want to play with me! My fur is long and soft and I'm going to be such a pretty girl when I grow up! I am one of the most impressive transformations my foster mom has ever seen, and she's so so proud of me!

All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
