Story

Franny (short for Frances) is the sweetest girl! She loves tummy scratches and will snuggle up right next to you. She makes the funniest grunting sounds when she runs. She's so curious and loves play time! Franny is highly food-motivated, so she'll respond to training. She's learned to "come" with clicker training. She's pretty good at keeping her claws off the furniture and always uses the litter box. Franny's very friendly with humans, including strangers. She doesn't live with children, but has been good with visiting kids. She hasn't had many close encounters with dogs. Franny's only negative is that she doesn't get along with our our older cat, despite introduction training over the last year. Franny's first several months of life were as a stray, so she may just not get along with other cats, but perhaps the right match could make it work. Franny got a vet check-up last month: she's all healthy and up-to-date on vaccines.

Agnes is a shy little girl with great big eyes and a rambunctious side. She is recovering from trauma and needs some time to build trust with humans, but she was a natural affinity for other cats. Agnes is the sweetest addition to a family with cats and no children. Likes: playtime, laser pens (!!), snuggling with other cats, playing chase with cats, tall cat trees, following you around the house, lounging near you, low stress environments, exploring outdoors (and coming home). Dislikes: being pet (at first), snuggling with humans, small children. Agnes is not a lap cat, but she will be your existing cat’s new best friend and she will win your heart.

This is Moody! He is just a pure ball of sunshine and personality. He was born on a farm and was the only orange kitty in his litter! He was born sometime in early July of 2023! He currently shares a home with a 4 year old kitty. He absolutely loves to play and takes his play time seriously, he likes to spend his free time trying to get his sister to play with him but she often times opts out. Maui is 1 year old, littler box trained, and is such a sweet boy. He can be shy at first, but when he warms up to you he will want all the pets. He is a very affectionate boy and full of love. He can be skittish around small children at first. He loves to play with his brother Bruno and sister May May, and they also live with other male and female cats and have no issues getting along. He lives with 3 dogs of different sizes and gets along as well. Toccata and Fugue are laid-back lap cats that love attention. As most cats do, they spend much of the day sleeping, but they still have plenty of energy to zip up and down the hallways and stairs when in the mood! While they generally do their own thing, they can occasionally be spotted cuddling in the same chair. Both cats are good with new people, including respectful children, and would do best in a relatively calm household.Toccata is a velcro kitty from Day One, she can be picked up like a baby and endures being petted, though she prefers to just be by your side 24/7. This includes in your office chair, recliner, and bed! She rarely meows, but if she does, it's to remind you to feed her!Fugue is slower to warm up, but when she does, she will accept chin rubs, ear scratches, and belly rubs all day long. Her squeaky meow is endearing and while she spends more time on her own than Toccata, she still demands her fair share of attention.We are training Fugue to use a microchip feeder to prevent Toccata from eating her food. We had Ellis since she was born 3 years ago in march. Her mother had her at out home and her siblings have since left. We have other cats and kids and dogs in our family, and everyone gets along swimmingly. Ellis is a very diverse cat! She has had two births with two kids each time. She had her first babies on July 3rd last year, welcoming Jasper and Mint. Ellis had her second birth of babies on March 20th this year, welcoming two new additions to her family. Jasper and mint are 1 year old and really love playing together and with Ellis. I hope that we can rehome them together, or at least with Mint and Jasper together. Her new borns are still breast-feeding and we hope they go with Ellis priority. Ellis and her kids are all litter box trained and eat both wet and dry food.
