Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.    Hi! I'm Arrietty, a playful, social, and friendly young lady.  My FAVORITE thing ever is to PLAY! I love to chase glitter pom poms, ear plugs, erasers, bugs, and anything small all over the house.  If I found a family who could play with me and cuddle me a LOT, I could go to a home without another cat. But I like cats and really appreciate having feline friends to groom, cuddle, and chase.  I've even won over the old man cats in my foster home.   I'm named for Arrietty, the main character of the Borrower books who was always in search of a safe home, because when I was a street cat, I kept trying to sneak into houses.  Now that I've gotten indoors, I like to stay indoors! I do like to have a perch where I can look out a window, though.  It's too bad I can't speak people language, because I know everything that's happening in the neighborhood.  I like strangers and would make a great shop cat.  I have not met a dog yet, but am not easily spooked and probably would get used to a respectful dog quickly.   One of my favorite hobbies is hiding in my foster mom's room while she gets ready for bed, so I can sneak snuggle her.  My cardinal rule is that nobody naps alone.  Another hobby is hiding my favorite toys in blankets and furniture.  Every night we have Zoomie Hour.  (Sometimes its more like....Zoomie Four Hours). One other thing I like is food.  I am learning table manners but sometimes need to be reminded to leave my family's dinner alone. They have hidden the garbage cans so I can't help myself to midnight snacks anymore.  Treats have helped me learn that toenail trims and brushing can be fun. I'm still learning to keep my claws retracted when playing with the humans, but I'm getting better at it! When I came into rescue, I had a belly full of surprise babies!  I loved playing with my two kittens, but they got adopted and now I'm ready to find my very own forever home.  Being pregnant in a new house wasn't fun, and I showed my unhappiness a few times by peeing outside my litterbox. Things have gotten better since then and I am very consistent about the litterbox now. If you have a window, some treats, and time to play with me - please put in an application! I'd love to make your home mine. *indoor cat only* Please fill out a Feline application here: https://underdogrescuemn.com/adoption-applications/feline-adoption-application/ ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there*** Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. I’m Banoffee, a debonair little dude with soft, short fur and the heart of a rascal. I’m all about playtime—especially with my siblings, who would probably tell you I’m the one who always keeps things lively! My current obsession? Q-tips. If you leave them lying around, they’re mine, no questions asked. I do like playing with other toys too - so hopefully you have a big toy basket for me! I recently discovered cuddling, and it’s actually pretty great—so I might just start curling up with you once I’m all tuckered out from playtime. I’m ready to bring a little adventure (and maybe a few stolen Q-tips) into a new forever home! Please note that this is a strictly indoor cat. I’m Oak, a debonair male tabby kitten with a beautiful orange coat! I enjoy playing with balls, string, stuffies & other toys, and snuggling with my person. I should mention that I do get easily startled and will hide if people approach me when I’m relaxed but don’t worry, I will purr immediately if I get some pets & ear scratches (hint, hint)!  I admit I’m a bit skittish with people especially men & children and I don’t like a lot of commotion but I’m getting braver every day! That said, I follow my brother and the resident cat around everywhere because they help me feel safe so I would love to have a feline companion in my new home too. I am a very sweet boy who’s simply looking for love and stability with a patient, unconditionally loving fur-ever family that will never give up on me. Cat disclaimer: God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. The Bond Boys Sneezy and Happy are part of a litter group that came as bottle babies. They were covered with Ringworm and were so little it was unknown if they would survive or not. But here they are, 5 months later, spunky and healthy, and totally devoted to each other. When you see one, the other is not far behind. They spend their days playing, chasing one another, hunting each other and generally avoiding the other pets in the house as if their world consisted of only those two. Occasionally you will see one of them try to play with the 97# dog that lives here or will try to get the other kitten here to play but mostly, they are the dynamic duo, devoted to being with the other one. While each has their own personality, they seem to complement the other so completely, it is hard to determine where one personality ends and the other begins. They are people friendly and will happily crawl into your lap or bed to cuddle. They are also dog friendly and didn't bother the possum when it came through the doggie door either. So, if you are looking for ongoing entertainment of kitty antics and fun, and a couple of boys who will gladly stop and show you their affectionate sides, these two are for you. These guys are fully vetted to their age, neutered, microchipped and on preventatives. Bonded pair adoption fee $250

Hi there, I'm Flint. Just your average cat turned superhero. My tale begins with an evil villain, Dr. Scratch, who sought to wreak havoc upon our city. Using my wit and bravery, I managed to outsmart him, saving the city. But alas, in the aftermath, I found myself in this shelter. I'm not just any cat though. I'm curious, smart, and loyal. I'm also quite the cuddler. Despite my heroics, I'm still in need of a forever home. If you're looking for a feline friend who's not only brave but also incredibly loving, I'm your guy. God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. This cat can only be adopted in the state of Texas and has an adoption fee of $100. Introducing Flint your soon-to-be lap cat

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.      Date of Birth: 9/27/24 Weight:  Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Yes Litter box trained: Yes *indoor cat only* Hi! I'm Hollis! I am super playful and have the most beautiful eyes. Foster mom says it looks like I've just applied eyeliner! I am extremely loving and love to cuddle my humans once I'm done playing and exploring! Please note that this is a strictly indoor cat. This kitten may may require a home with another kitten as kittens are family oriented and do best when adopted in littermate pairs. Please fill out a Feline application here: https://underdogrescuemn.com/adoption-applications/feline-adoption-application/ Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. Check back for updates on which events they will be attending. If an event is not listed within their bio above, the animal is not planning to attend.  Please understand that all of our pets are in volunteer foster homes and sometimes "life" happens and the foster family cannot make it to their scheduled adoption event. If you are traveling from a far distance to meet a specific animal, please understand we cannot guarantee event attendance. We recommend filling out an application and we will set up a private appointment. Private appointments are only scheduled after an application is submitted and approved. ADOPTION PROCEDURE: The first step in our process is to complete an online adoption application on our website: http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/adoptionprocess/   Note: In most circumstances Underdog Rescue will only adopt within 60 miles of Minneapolis, MN.  All of our foster animals can be seen by appointment with an approved adoption application. Contact us at http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/contact-us/ if you have further questions. FOSTER CARE: All of our animals are fostered in individual homes or doggie daycare facilities. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption, but each bio is written by the foster as they see them, in their home. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality, but it cannot be guaranteed. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves in time and with patience.  If you have an interest and ability to be a foster home, please visit our website  www.underdogrescuemn.com/foster-applications  and fill out a foster application. NUTRITION: Nutrition is vital to the rehabilitation and life-long health of our pets.  All of our foster animals are fed a premium diet such as NutriSource, Canidae, Orijen, Nature's Variety, Fromm, Pure Vita, Stella and Chewy's, Primal, or balanced raw diet.  All adopters are required to continue providing premium diets for the life of the animal. YOU CAN HELP: Not able to foster or adopt right now? Please consider sponsoring an Underdog. Your donation will help us buy dog food and pay for medical costs.
