**About Koda:** Thank you for interested in adopting Koda. Please know that Koda is an international rescue through South Korea. When your application is approved, you will need to pick him up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, IAH, etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we‘ve done the process many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Personality: Koda is cheerful and energetic. He can be a bit competitive with dogs at a similar energy level but is gentle with older dogs. While he has built a strong bond with his foster, he can be wary of strangers. He should not be let off-leash as he avoids capture or close contact without it. He is generally cautious in new situations but shows resilience and adapts well over time. Koda does well with both children and adults. He may be nervous at first, but after 4–5 days he warms up and becomes affectionate. He has a tendency to chase stray cats, so living with cats may not be suitable. Car Rides: Travels well in the car without issues. Housebreaking: Prefers outdoor potty. Alone Time: May whine a little and bark at outside noises, but settles down. Leash & Walks: Currently in leash training. He may try to run after birds or small animals, so caution is needed. Coming from a street life, he is wary of cars and waits for them to pass even from a distance. - Koda is shy at first, but adapts quickly and shows strong affection once trust is built. - Shows some “one-person dog” tendencies, bonding closely with the foster. - Naturally energetic and active due to his young age, but he has good self-control. Koda is ready to find his forever loving home. If you’re interested in him, please feel free to reach out to us anytime!

**About Heedol:** Heedol is an international rescue all the way from South Korean. While "international adoption" might sound like a major undertaking, we have years of experience streamlining this process to make it as smooth as possible. We’ll be right by your side to explain every step! The Journey Home Once your application is approved, the final step of Heedol’s journey begins. Adopters are responsible for picking him up directly from a major international airport. Common arrival hubs include: West Coast: SFO, SEA, LAX. East Coast & Central: JFK, IAH 🐕 Heedol (Born Sept 6, 2025) Personality- He is cheerful, active, and becomes friends with strangers almost instantly. While he gets along well with other dogs, he tends to prefer people more. Even at dog parks, he is very laid-back and relaxed. He has a high energy level and is very food-motivated. He loves balls and enjoys playing fetch. Since he is still a puppy, he occasionally chews on blankets. Has he met children- He gets along well with everyone, regardless of whether they are children or adults. Has he met cats- He doesn't show much interest in them, but he has never been left alone with a cat by himself. How is he when traveling in a car- He currently drools a bit. He always travels in a kennel when in the car. His condition is gradually improving. How is his potty training- We are currently training him to go potty outdoors. Does he bark or whine when left alone- There is a bit of whining at first, but he quickly gives up and settles down well. Is he sensitive or protective of any objects/food around people or other dogs?- He may show guarding behavior initially, but he stops and corrects himself when the foster parent says "No." When given treats, he waits for his turn. Does he have experience with a leash and walking? How does he behave on a leash?- He does quite well. He needs a little time to adjust, but he isn't frantic and does not pull on the leash.

**About Olio:** Thank you for interested in adopting Olio. Please know that Olio is an international rescue through South Korea. When your application is approved, you will need to pick him up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, IAH, etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we‘ve done the process many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Personally: He gets along very well with the dogs he lives with. However, when meeting smaller dogs outside, he sometimes approaches them a bit too eagerly, so he is currently in training to improve his manners. After meeting a couple of times and becoming familiar, he does well. Since he’s still a puppy, he is continuing consistent training. He can be a little timid, but he absolutely loves people. More than treats, he prefers physical affection and bonding time with humans. He is incredibly sweet and loving. With children: No particular issues. He does not show any preference and is generally comfortable with everyone. With cats- There is a cat in his foster home. He shows curiosity but he does not show any aggression. Car rides- He stays calm and rides very well. He has been crate-trained for car rides since he was young, so he travels comfortably in a crate. Potty train- He uses pee pads indoors. For poop, he goes outdoors 100%. Recently, he has started preferring outdoor potty more. Left alone- He stays calm and quiet when alone. Guarding behavior- No guarding behavior toward people. He calmly allows people to take things out of his mouth. Even if another dog takes his toy or food, he doesn’t react. He likes people more than treats or toys. Leash: He’s very curious and loves walks. He happily goes anywhere and enjoys exploring.

While all her puppies have found their forever homes, Sori stayed at the center to undergo treatment for heartworm. She has made a full recovery and is now in great health! 3️⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is still getting used to people. Can get scared and tremble around strangers. While she is cautious even with familiar faces, she accepts touch gently once you approach her. * With Dogs: Gets along great with other dogs, even those larger than her. Prefers a calm environment over high-energy play. * Separation Anxiety: None. Since she is still wary of humans, she is actually quite comfortable being on her own. * Potty Training: Currently staying at our center and is strictly an outdoor sleeper/potty user. * Hygiene: Isn't used to the feeling of a brush yet and might flinch or run away. Gets nervous during nail trims but stays still and patient. * Walks: As a timid soul, she is sensitive to her surroundings. Occasional potty accidents may occur due to nerves. * No biting or nipping at all. * Due to her fear of strangers, she may bark if someone unfamiliar approaches or stares. Needs a slow, gentle approach to feel safe. * Is a "planner" who loves a predictable daily routine! Has a great appetite and isn't a picky eater. Loves treats and will gently take them from your hand. * Dislikes brushing and unexpected encounters with strangers. * Is a cautious and gentle girl. Though she couldn't even take treats from a hand at first, she is bravely finding her courage, eating treats little by little, and slowly opening her heart.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. 💙 Name: Chako 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 2 years old (Born in March 2024) 💙 Weight: 13 kg / 28.66 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @adogs_check.ho 1️⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, heartworm negative, and currently undergoing treatment for hepatozoonosis. * Hepatozoonosis is a tick-borne disease transmitted through the ingestion of infected ticks. While a complete cure is generally difficult, targeted treatment is effective in managing and mitigating symptoms. Has successfully completed all 4 rounds of her bi-weekly injection therapy and is currently taking oral medication. A follow-up evaluation will be conducted once her medication course is finished to assess her status. 2️⃣ Rescue Story * Chako entered the Gimje City Shelter when she was just a young puppy. Although the shelter was the only world she had ever known, she never lost her profound love and trust for humans. Deeply concerned about her long-term health after spending two years in such a harsh environment, Adogs urgently stepped in to rescue her. 3️⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is remarkably friendly and well-mannered; will sit patiently and politely even when surrounded by strangers. Once she becomes familiar with a handler, she reveals her sweet side—nuzzling her face forward and actively begging for affection. Is exceptionally fond of children and gets along with them wonderfully. * With Dogs: Exhibits excellent manners around other dogs, approaching them gently and politely to sniff and greet them. During walks, she generally remains indifferent to unfamiliar dogs. * With Cats: Shows a natural tendency to chase cats encountered during walks; however, she is highly responsive to her handler and immediately stops when corrected. * Separation Anxiety: Handles alone time beautifully, contentedly spending her time sleeping or quietly playing with her toys. * Potty Training: Is currently practicing strict outdoor elimination, going out twice a day at her current foster home. Notably, she also used potty pads perfectly on her very first day at the foster home. * Hygiene: Is highly cooperative with baths, brushing, and paw pad trims. However, she remains slightly fearful of the loud noise from the blow dryer. * Walks: Is an excellent walking companion who stays right by the handler's side—so much so that the handler must shorten the leash to prevent it from dragging on the ground. Matches her pace beautifully with the handler and stops calmly whenever the handler stops. While she may try to pursue cats, she yields quickly to verbal boundaries and shows no significant reactivity to other dogs, birds, or children. * Car Sickness: Displays symptoms of motion sickness, including hypersalivation, during car rides. However, her anxiety and symptoms are significantly alleviated when a companion sits beside her and gently pets her. * Has never shown any signs of biting or snapping. * Is completely unfazed by doorbells or external corridor noises. Only emits light, playful barks when she gets exceptionally excited while playing with her canine friends. * Genuinely adores people, other dogs, and treats. * Is startled by the loud noises of vacuum cleaners and hair dryers. * Knows the "Sit" command and exhibits an excellent, reliable recall indoors. * Has a deeply gentle, calm, and mature disposition. Handles veterinary examinations with impressive composure. At her foster home, she spends most of her day resting quietly or chewing on her toys, saving her vibrant energy exclusively for playtime with her resident dog friend.
