Story
My name is Monggoon, and I'm an 8-month-old Jindo-Shiba mix boy, weighing about 16kg (35 lbs). I was rescued just in time from a shelter, along with my brave mom, and now we’re both safe and being cared for with lots of love. I'm still a pup, so I’ve got lots to learn—but the good news is, I love people and I’m eager to please! Growing up next to my mom has helped me become a confident, social, and friendly boy. I get along really well with other dogs and always enjoy meeting new friends. Since I’m young, potty training is still a work in progress, but I’m super motivated by treats, which makes training fun and effective! I’m currently learning basic commands and going on practice walks, and I’m getting better every day. I pick things up quickly—especially when there’s food or praise involved! I might feel a little unsure if I’m suddenly separated from my mom, but if you give me some time, patience, and love, I promise I’ll come to you with tail wags and warm greetings. I’m a gentle soul with a big heart, and once I trust you, I’ll be your most loyal companion. All I need is someone who’s ready to guide me, love me, and help me grow into the amazing dog I know I can be. If you’re willing to be patient and kind, I’ll give you a lifetime of love, fun, and devotion. Could you be my forever family? I’ll be waiting with a wagging tail. 🐾💛 Love, Monggoon

Story
🌿 Hi, I’m Mint – a happy, playful little girl looking for my forever home! 🐾 I was born in a city shelter where euthanasia was a real risk, but thankfully, my mom, my siblings, and I were rescued just in time. Since then, I’ve been learning what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a home. I spent about 3 months in a foster home where I got my first taste of family life, and now I’m waiting in a shelter, hoping for a family of my very own. 💚 I have a bright, cheerful, and easygoing personality. I love people and enjoy gentle cuddles and playtime. I get along great with other dogs and love playing with toys and my furry friends. Sometimes I bark at strangers when I feel unsure, but once I realize you’re kind, I warm up quickly. Most of the time, I’m quiet and calm, and I don’t struggle with separation anxiety. I have a medium-high energy level, which means I’d love an active home where I can play, explore, and enjoy daily walks or outdoor adventures. I’m still a puppy, so I’m working on my potty training. I mostly go outside, but I’m learning and improving every day with a bit of consistency and patience. I’m not really into chewing things I shouldn’t—I just like to nibble my toys when I play. I’m good with baths and I really enjoy walks! I'm still practicing car rides, but I’m getting better at it. When I was first rescued, I had a skin condition, but I’ve made a full recovery and now I’m a healthy, happy, and slightly chubby girl (in the cutest way!). I’ve grown stronger and brighter with every passing day—no known allergies or illnesses, just a bundle of love and energy ready to share. Because I’m still young, I’m learning about the world one pawstep at a time. But I’m eager, brave, and full of love. I know I’ll bring joy, laughter, and light into your life if you give me the chance. I’ve already survived a rough start—now all I need is a family to love me forever. Could you be the one to keep my little tail wagging and my smile shining? I’m Mint, and I can’t wait to meet you. 🌈🐶

Story
Currently in a toronto foster home Hi, I’m Max. 🐾 I’m an 8-month-old Jindo mix boy, weighing around 9kg (about 20 lbs). Right now, I’m learning what it means to be without my mom and siblings for the very first time. Everything is new, a little scary… but I’m doing my best to be brave. 🧡 A Gentle, Sensitive Soul I’ll be honest — I’m not the boldest pup in the shelter. I can be really shy, and when I meet strangers, I might bark loudly at first. It’s not because I’m angry — I’m just unsure and trying to protect myself in this big, confusing world. But here’s the thing: when I start to see the same faces every day, I slowly let my guard down. I start wagging my tail. I start following you with curious eyes. Give me a little time, and I’ll give you all the love I’ve been holding back. 🐕 Social with the Right Friends I get along well with other dogs around my size — we can play, learn, and grow together. Big dogs still make me nervous, but I’m working on building my confidence. If you have a friendly, balanced dog at home, I’d love that — I learn best by watching and following others. Honestly, I’d do better in a home with another dog, rather than being the only one. 🚶‍♂️ Baby Steps into the World Walks are still a bit overwhelming for me, so sometimes I stop and hesitate. I haven’t had many chances to explore the world yet, so I need someone who will move at my pace — slowly, gently, and with lots of encouragement. Every day, I get a little braver. And yep — I’m still working on potty training and other puppy basics. But I’m eager to learn and grow, especially with someone who can show me what love, safety, and home really feel like. 💛 What I Need Most A patient and kind family who won’t rush me A calm, well-socialized dog sibling to help guide me A gentle routine and lots of positive reinforcement Understanding, time, and love A forever home where I’ll never feel scared or alone again I may be shy at first, but I promise — once I trust you, I’ll be your quiet, loyal shadow. I just need someone who sees past the fear and believes in the dog I’m becoming. Are you the one who’ll help me blossom? With quiet hope, Max 🐶💕

Story
💕 Her Story Hi! I’m Madeleine. I am a 10-month-old Jindo mix with a rare brown and white coat, hazel eyes, and a cute pink nose that everyone says makes me extra special. I was born in a shelter, and when I turned 8 months old, the shelter sadly had to send me to the city shelter due to low funds, where I would have been at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, a kind worker from a training center who had adopted my sibling months before rescued me and my mom just in time. 🐾 Her Personality Because I was born at a shelter, I’ve never had bad experiences with people — but I also wasn’t properly socialized, so I can be a little shy at first. Still, I love people and wag my tail excitedly when I see my favorite humans 🥰 I’m learning that cuddles and pets are wonderful, and every day I’m becoming braver. I love going on walks — even when new things make me nervous, I keep going and sniff every scent I find! I’m also great with other dogs — playful but gentle, and I even share my snacks. Like a true Jindo, I’m loyal and alert — I might bark when someone comes near the entrance of the home, but that’s just my way of keeping my loved ones safe. 🏡 Home Life & Training Since I’ve never lived in a home before, I’ll need a bit of help learning about house training and home manners. Sometimes, if I’m left alone for too long, I might feel anxious or get a little curious (puppy-style mischief!). But with patience, love, and a consistent routine, I’ll grow into a confident, well-behaved companion. Special Detail One really special thing about me — my rescuers have baby pictures of me, as well as photos of my mom and sibling! It’s so rare for rescue dogs, and it means my future family will get to see my whole little family tree 🤧💞 💗 Her Dream Home Madeleine is looking for a loving family who can give her time to build trust and confidence, offer patience and gentle guidance, aintain a calm environment and stable routine. A bonus would be to have another friendly dog for her to learn from and play with 🥰

Story
Meet Baekji! Baekji was found wandering around a field and taken to a city shelter. After a year with no family coming to claim him, he was placed on the euthanasia list. When rescued, Baekji was so weak and thin that he could barely walk, but he has since regained his health and is now waiting for a loving family. Baekji loves people and is friendly with everyone, regardless of age, prefers human companionship over being with other dogs. While he doesn’t engage in play with other dogs, he enjoys calmly sniffing and greeting them. He tends to feel overwhelmed by overly energetic dogs, and even when he was attacked by another dog in the past, he did not fight back—he is truly a gentle soul. At the shelter, Baekji walked calmly on a leash. However, in his current foster home, he is showing some leash pulling, likely due to the new environment. He is improving quickly with training but will need continued practice. He is currently undergoing kennel training and was initially fearful of being brushed, but he is gradually becoming more comfortable with it. He dislikes having his right hind leg touched, but if given a signal beforehand and approached gently, he remains calm. Baekji loves food and eats well without being picky. However, he tends to swallow treats without chewing, so small treats or soft snacks like Churu Dog Treats are recommended. While he has no major health issues, he does need a dental scaling. He prefers outdoor potty breaks and, when left alone at home, may bark briefly at first but soon settles down near the door and takes a nap. Baekji is a sweet, calm, and reliable companion, fully ready to be loved. Could you be the family he’s been waiting for? 💕

Story
Jennie is about 1.5 years old, born in early 2024. She was rescued by a private shelter along with 20 other dogs from a slaughterhouse when she was around 9 months old. Due to the shelter’s limited funds, she couldn’t be spayed in time and eventually became pregnant. In December 2024, she safely gave birth to five beautiful puppies. After lovingly raising them, she was finally spayed. Jennie stayed at the private shelter for about a year, watching four of her puppies get adopted while she remained behind with her last daughter, Madeleine. Later, both Jennie and Madeleine were transferred to our Dream Tails Training Facility by a trainer who had adopted one of Jennie’s other daughters. Despite the harsh start to her life, Jennie is a bright, affectionate, and loving dog. You’d never guess what she’s been through—she adores people and will fall in love with you within minutes of meeting. She walks nicely on a leash with minimal pulling and gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and both sexes. Jennie is incredibly cuddly and loyal—she’ll always choose your affection over treats. And when she walks, her ears bounce with every step, making her one of the most endearing dogs you’ll ever meet. Now, Jennie is looking for a family who will give her the chance to settle, learn, and experience life as a true family member. She has never lived inside a home before, so everything will be new to her—but with patience and love, she’ll adapt beautifully.
