Story
Noah is a puppy known as a Malchipoo, a maltese/chihuahua and Poodle pup. He is a loving little guy who will start out a bit shy. He was born in a commercial breeding facility and dogs not have the same puppy experiences a dog might have that was born in your home. He wasn't exposed to the same things at an early age. That being said, he is learning and adjusting well now that he is with us. He is a happy guy who loves to play with his mates. He will need house training and regular training like any puppy would. He is best suited for a home rather than an apartment or condo setting. Noah is a little guy causing him to be more fragile, He can't be in a home with little kids but would be fine with older kids. Like all puppies, he will need structure and a patient, loving home. We recommend training for all puppies—not only to give Noah important learning skills, but because you and your puppy will create a stronger bond just by going through the training together. Noah is fully vetted. He has been neutered, received age-appropriate vaccines, and is microchipped. Subsequent vaccines will be at the expense of his adopter. His adoption donation is $600..00. He is on the hunt for his own completely committed family. Little dogs can live to be 20+ years old, so Liam wants to be sure his family is all in for better or for worse! IF INTERESTED IN A PUPPY (UNDER 12 MONTHS): You must have a very flexible work schedule or someone home all day. Puppies need to be let out to potty often. They need socialization, bonding, and training (housetraining and behavioral training). If you work long hours, have a busy social schedule, or are not financially secure, then a puppy is not for you. We adopt in and to the local Chicago metro area. We require home visits. Story
Simon Was Born In A Puppy Mill. Thankfully, the breeder didn't have use for him giving Simon a chance out of the mill. We took him and now he is free to find his forever committed family. Simon is a very happy active spirited dog . He is high energy and a vocal fellow if he isn't getting what he wants! He will do best in a home with a yard, not an apartment or condo setting. Simon is happy to have a companion dog to play with. He is fine with cats and all people. Simon needs to learn house manners. He has the basic skill but needs to be set on a routine. A belly band will be a good tool to keep him in check. He and his family would also benefit from a training class. Like all dogs he will need structure and a patient loving home. We recommend training for all dogs. You and your puppy/dog will create a stronger bond just for having gone to training. Simon is a little over a year old and fully vetted, He has been neutered, has received age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, Subsequent vaccines are at the expense of his adopter, His adoption fee is $600. Meet Charlie! (Possibly mixed Maltese/Bichon Frisé/unknown)Charlie is a loving, human-friendly dog looking for his perfect match — a calm home with a yard, no other animals, and plenty of affection to give.I want to be fully transparent, because Charlie deserves an adopter who knows exactly what they’re signing up for. He’s not the easiest dog. After 7 months of working closely with our vet — trying medication and positive reinforcement — he still struggles around other animals. City life hasn’t helped either; street noise, elevator sounds, and seeing dogs from the window can all trigger his anxiety. We’ve made progress, but he needs an environment that sets him up to succeed.What he is wonderful at: people. He’s calm, affectionate, and genuinely loves human company. He’s about 90% house trained, with only occasional accidents (mostly on the pee pad).I’m looking for an Experienced single-pet home with a yard — ideally somewhere quieter — where Charlie can finally decompress and thrive.
