This dog's adoption fee is $400. If you are still interested, please read more below. Frankie is looking for a good home without children due to his small size. ARF is looking for a home for Frankie where the humans are home most of the time - either retired/senior citizens or someone who works from home. Frankie can be "barky" if there are loud sounds or if he is unable to follow his people around the house, so apartments are not a good fit. Given his size, it is impossible for him to be alone for long hours without somewhere to go potty. He is house trained and potty pad trained. He wants nothing more in life than someone available to nap on their lap and snuggle in bed at night. He is perfectly content to be a purse dog if you take him shopping. Frankie will lay in your lap all day if you work at home. He is ok with the resident cats at his foster home and is ok with the variety of small dogs in his foster home. He has not been observed with big dogs, however, again, given his tiny size, larger dogs will need to be very spatially aware of Frankie's presence. Frankie is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations and neutered. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.
