Spike has the most fun natural blonde Mohawk that just adds to his charm! DOB 5/8/24 and around 25 lbs. Spike prefers a home without cats and, honestly, would do best as the only furry companion. He can be a bit of an attention hog and doesn’t like to share his favorite human! He would also do best in a home with no kids or kids over 12, who will respect his personal space while he adjusts to a new environment. Rocky can be a little shy at first and needs some time to warm up to new people and environments. A quieter home would suit him best, allowing him the chance to settle in at his own pace. Her name is Princess and she has been a big part of my life and family m and is truly a sweet, gentle soul. Due to personal reasons and the care demands of another senior dog in my home who is also dealing with health issues, I’m no longer able to give Princess the level of care and attention she deserves. Princess does come with some challenges, and I want to be completely transparent so she can be placed in the right environment: • Bell’s palsy • Separation anxiety • Dental disease that will require ongoing care Despite these challenges, Princess is loving and bonds deeply with her person. She would do best in a calm, stable home with someone who has patience, compassion, and ideally experience with senior or special-needs dogs. A home where someone is around most of the day would be ideal. This decision comes from love, not lack of it. Priscilla is currently in a foster home. This approx. five-year-old Maltese mix arrived a little unsure of the spotlight, easily startled by new sounds and quick movements, often retreating to her “cubby” crate like a starlet escaping the flashing cameras. But just like her famous namesake, once she realized she was safe and adored, her true personality began to shine. These days, she happily lounges beside her people on the couch, soaking up pets and brushing sessions while keeping a watchful eye on her kingdom. She’s sweet, affectionate, and devoted — the kind of companion who quickly becomes your little shadow — though she still keeps a touch of sass worthy of a Presley.Priscilla has mastered the art of house training and politely lets you know when she needs to go out by pacing or heading for the back door. She enjoys the finer things in life: cozy dog beds, relaxing in her crate, tasty meals with softened kibble and canned food mixed in, and the occasional treat she may attempt to “borrow” from another dog if given the opportunity. While she’s cautious around other pups at first, she’s beginning to discover her playful side, recently initiating games with toys and joining the fun for short bursts before returning to her composed diva demeanor.
