He may have mouth cancer, but it doesn’t slow him down—he eats well and enjoys the simple comforts of life. What he truly needs is a patient, understanding home where he can feel safe and finally know what it means to be loved. He’s not asking for much… just kindness, comfort, and someone who won’t give up on him. He has no adoption fee but donations for his vet care that we have done are greatly appreciated.

Spike is a handsome maltipoo mix. He can be a little shy at first, it takes him a minute to trust someone and warm up. But once he does, you have best friend for life! He is a very happy cuddly dog. Spike has the most fun natural blonde Mohawk that just adds to his charm! DOB 5/8/24 and around 25 lbs. Spike prefers a home without cats and, honestly, would do best as the only furry companion. He can be a bit of an attention hog and doesn’t like to share his favorite human! He would also do best in a home with no kids or kids over 12, who will respect his personal space while he adjusts to a new environment.
