WISE is entirely volunteer-run and all of the donations made to our rescue go directly back to the animals in our care. By partnering with veterinary practices that support our work, we are able to save animals’ lives and restore them back to health. While some animals only need standard care, others require more extensive veterinary or behavioral care. Regardless of which dog you are applying for, we are looking for adopters to support our program with a minimum donation of $850. The donation may or may not be directly applied to care of the dog you're adopting but rather goes toward supporting all of the dogs in the rescue. We appreciate the understanding of our potential adopters. He's more of a "let me get to know you first" kind of guy. But once you've earned his trust, you'll discover the sweetest little puppy who has so much love to give. He just needs someone who will be patient with his shy side, give him time to bloom, and show him that he is safe and loved.PERSONALITY: Bulbasaur is an absolutely adorable who is a little shy when he first meets new people and furry friends. He may hang back and take a little time to decide if you're his kind of person—but once he feels safe and comfortable, watch out, that sweet little personality comes shining through! Once Bulbasaur trusts you, he is super sweet, affectionate, and playful. He loves exploring, playing with his puppy friends, and being part of the action.
