Housetrained, super sweet and would love to be in a family home with kids. Hi Hoomans!! My name is Remi and I am a sweet and loving little girl!  I am looking for my forever home, where I will be loved and cherished for the rest of my life.  My brother and I found ourselves in a scary shelter at 7 months of age.  My brother got adopted quickly, but for some reason I was left behind.   I want to tell you a bit about my personality so you can decide if I would fit in to your home!  I am super sweet and affectionate.  I love giving kisses and being held and cuddled.  My rescue mom is helping me to learn where to use the bathroom and I am very smart, so I am catching on and we are practicing that.  I love playing with toys and jumping around with toys in my mouth. I am not hyper but I am a young kid and still like to play and need to grow up in a happy and healthy place.  When my rescue mom is working in her office, I curl up and sleep in a dog bed next to her!  I always want to keep her company, because I know she likes to have me near her and also I do not want her to be lonely.  I am quiet girl and I am not really noisy.   My rescue mom says I am little and adorable and I only weight 11.5 pounds.  I would love to meet you if you think you might be the person I am looking for!  My life started out scary, but I am really well adjusted and do not have any  bad feeling towards my previous humans that abandoned me.  All I want is for that to never happen again, and I want to give my new family lots of love and kisses and hugs, and I want them to give me the same!!   ##2744637##

Our Rescue conducts adoptions by appointment only. We are currently closed to the public. We have many animals to care for daily, and are facing a shortage of volunteers. We will respond as soon as possible. A fluffy, tiny little dog gets adopted with no problem. But whenever you have a dog that's a little mutt, they seem to be very difficult to adopt. It's very sad because they have the best personalities and get along with an array of animals. For example, Kaplan has grown up in our cat room and gets along great with cats. He has been introduced to large and small breeds and wants nothing more than affection and to play with them. He has been around farm animals and has been raised in a loving environment. He's a goofball, super lovable, and wants nothing more than to be someone's best friend. If you have it in your heart to get past his breed of Chihuahua, Pug, and French Bulldog, then reach out to us so you can meet Kaplan and see how wonderful and loving he truly is. Our dogs are or will be spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. Meet our furry friends and see how wonderful and loving they are!
