Boba is a 15 month old pug with a 4/6 heart murmur. He recently went to see the cardiologist and it was confirmed Boba has a small hole in his heart. With his recent heart diseases diagnosis, he is required to take two medications daily. Upon adopting you will receive all of his medical records to take to your primary vet. The cardiologist said other than twice day meds, he’s totally healthy and ok to live a normal life. He is required to avoid long strenuous hikes but walks on leash around the neighborhood and playing with other dogs is completely fine. Speaking of other dogs, this little guy is very playful and loves other dogs big or small! Sometimes he may need your help to remind him when to take a break from playing! He’s such a social guy and is super friendly and loves all sizes of dogs. He would also do very well as an only dog because he can keep himself entertained with his toys and humans! He would do ok with kids and would make a great addition to any home!! Overall, Boba is a very spunky guy who would make a great addition to any home.

Basco is housetrained; he was doing great with potty pad training, but his foster mom has now taught him to go outside, so he no longer needs the pads. He enjoys eating wet canned food and kibble, and he loves being held and showered with affection. Basco plays happily with his foster siblings and the pets next door, and it doesn’t matter the age, size, or breed—he adapts his play style to match the energy of other dogs.
