Rescued as a stray. This girl is a senior with an attitude! She’s got a strong personality and gets along with other dogs so long as there’s no food around. Low maintenance- meaning not demanding and a good energy level. If this listing is still posted, we are still accepting applications. We do not do out-of-state adoptions. We do not hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.

Scamp came to us from the Riverside shelter where he was overlooked and euth-listed due to his age and the way he looked. He's had surgery in the past to help fix his jaw, as the vets think he was hit by a car causing him to look the way he does now although we think his underbite gives him character. He's super affectionate and will give you a leg hug to show that he loves you. Scamp loves everyone and gets along with the dogs in his foster home.
