Dezik is a sweet and gentle 6-year-old male Rottweiler/Pitbull mix. I got him over a year ago for my son, and he has been a cherished part of our family ever since. It breaks my heart to have to rehome him, but due to new landlord restrictions, I can no longer keep him. Dezik is a loving and loyal companion who deserves a home where he can be showered with affection for his golden years. He has a heart of gold and is looking for a family that will appreciate his sweet and calm demeanor. Found Mimiko walking around my neighborhood and took her in. Thought to foster her for a little bit and ended up falling in love with her and decided to keep her. Unfortunately I’ve come to realize my place isn’t suited for a large dog and she’s not getting the attention and activity she needs to live her best life. Also my room mate is allergic and despite trying to keep exposure down it’s not quite enough. Mimiko is a very active and rambunctious dog. She loves running more than retrieving so when you throw a ball she chases the other dogs rather than the ball itself. She’s very smart but that also means she’s stubborn and willful so she’ll need someone who can focus that energy. I hope someone has the space and the lifestyle for her and potentially another canine friend to play with.

Ella is fully house-trained and very patient with the three cats she lives with. She's never lived with kids but is generally chill with the children in the neighborhood.   She loves her toys, playing fetch, tug of war games, following you around the house, and of course, napping. Ella wants to be involved in whatever you're doing and is alert to someone coming to the door. She is highly food motivated, Ella picks up new tricks quickly but can be stubborn and easily distracted, so she needs lots of consistent positive reinforcement to maintain behavioral changes. She has many opinions and she will let you know about them.   Ella also plays well with other dogs, although sometimes she has issues with dogs larger than she is, but is good at de-escalating potential conflicts. Ella really loves company so if her new people are gone for a full work day she will need a canine companion. She's leash trained and always excited to jump in the car to visit the park.
