Story
Bella is an amazing female Rottweiler very good temperament low-key and chill I'd like to say that she's an English bulldog in a Rottweiler body! Low to medium energy, crate trained, house trained and very food motivated. Bella is more of a couch potato she will sleep all day if you let her great with children good with other dogs as long as they're introduced slowly unfortunately we cannot keep our beautiful Bella because she does not get along with our other female Rottweiler. Bella is current with all vaccines and in good physical health

Story
We are thrilled to introduce Hugo - a true Ambassador of this phenomenal breed. A 100 lb, roughly 2 yr old, über friendly, neutered, "handsome boy", Hugo is healthy, up to date on vax, and microchipped. He is loving, loyal and super derpy. However, don’t confuse his derp for dumb, this guy is incredibly intelligent and a very affectionate boy who loves physical touch. He melts into your lap with head massages and ear rubs. Hugo is also a professional enchanter that can enchant any human into rubbing his belly for hours. He enjoys walks and is excellent on leash, loves chasing balls, chewing on big dawg chew toys and giving great big bear hugs. He knows sit, wait, paw, and has been working on “leave it”. Hugo is a pleaser, listens well and whoever had him before he came to us clearly loved and took excellent care of him. We are told his human(s) lived in an RV and likely could no longer care for him in the exorbitantly priced Bay Area. He is an exceptional power eater that could blow up Joey Chestnut’s Major League Eating titles on a bad day! He likes him some food! PACC is looking for a moderately active family to keep Hugo in the fine shape he is currently in - and a family who likes their dogs "BIG"! Hugo needs his walks and romps but he's no marathoner. He's not even a 10K'r - more like a 3/4 mile to miler. Hugo is wayyy too interested in cats hence there should be no felines in the home and any little humans dwelling in or visiting the home should be in their teens both because little ones take time, dogs take time and few families have time for both AND this guy is big & rough & tumbly (in a cute goofy knock you over kinda way). Hugo is being fostered here in Half Moon Bay and made himself at home right quick! If Hugo sounds like a good fit (moderately active household, other medium to large dogs ok and PACC will help make sure its a good fit; no cats; teens and above only; and the time and big hearts needed to care for this one of a kind goofball) complete the adoption application below and we will be in touch! NOTE: While PACC works hard not to discriminate on potential adopter living situations, we are also faced with the reality that breed discrimination is alive and well in the Bay Area, particularly for Rottweilers. As such, preference will be given to home owning adopters, as landlords are notorious for changing the rules, and moving around with a rottie, no matter how friendly they are, is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. Apologies in advance for this unfortunate reality. COPY AND PASTE THE LINK BELOW IN YOUR BROWSER, Adopt-a-Pet does not support live links! https://forms.gle/GwmjBVnbbtEmK7tk8

Story
Canine Good Citizen Program Hi there, My name is Charlie! I'm a outgoing, adventurous young dog with gobs and gobs of energy. I enjoy meeting new people and dogs but my manners need a little work so I may be too much for younger children. I'm a happy boy that can't get enough of running zoomies in the yard and playing with toys, I'm a great walker and am up for hikes once I get all my wiggles out!  I'm a neutered male Rottweiler/ shepherd mix who is around two years old and weighs about 77 lbs. I'm very treat motivated which helps when working on my training! I would love to meet you, so please fill out the application below to learn more about me. Charlie ID# A931861 The AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program provides a perfect framework for training a dog to become a polite member of society! I am on track to get CGC certificate! In order to pass I have been training hard to master the following 10 items: Politely greet strangers. Sitting politely for petting. Accepting of grooming. Good manners on walks. Walking through a crowd politely. Sit and down on cue and staying in place. Coming when called. Not reacting to another dog while on walks. Does not react to distractions. Waits patiently when separated from owner.    Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Please note at this time we are doing adoptions by appointments only. Please call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment. Our hours are  11am-6pm (closed major holidays). Interested adopters must arrive at least 1 hour before close.  We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available.
