Hi there, my name is Octavia, a spayed 1 and a half year old, Rottweiler/Staffie mix that currently weighs about 60lbs. I'm an affectionate young lady that loves to love. I love belly rubs and going on walks! I'm an excellent kisser and cuddler too! I do my very best not to jump up on people to say hello but sometimes I forget then I remember again, and it ends up being more of a bunny hop. I'm a really smart girl that already knows 'watch me', 'sit', 'down' and of course the best game known to dog kind... Fetch! I really love being around people, I have been called a lovebug and would be a wonderful constant companion for anyone looking for an affectionate but very energetic new friend. I sometimes get overwhelmed since I'm still getting used new things. I can't wait to meet the whole household including any resident dogs before going home. Meet Bongo, the bouncy boy. This 11-month-old pup is looking for his forever home as soon as possible so he can finish growing into his best self. He’s super friendly with people and really loves human attention. In the playroom, he mainly wants to sit beside you and get pets. He also LOVES treats. Bongo is just learning about leash walking and tends to zig zag quite a bit. He also could use some work on not mouthing things like the leash and your treat bag. Did we mention he loves treats? Bongo is very good natured and will enjoy training with his new guardians. He tends to bark a little at other dogs -- we think it’s because he wants to meet them. Raven has been living in a wonderful foster home, that has helped us learn more about her. Here's an update from her foster family: This is a WONDERFUL dog! She has an amazing temperament. She is good in the car. She LOVES people!! She is working on her separation anxiety, and as she's settled into our home, she's beginning to trust and realizing that her people come back. She didn’t know any basic commands, but true to the breed she is very food motivated and smart. She has learned sit and (lie) down, again in just a couple days. She is leash trained and does not pull. She is a people person. She just wants her own person to love. Whoever gets this girl is so lucky!! They will get a best friend in no time!
