Edward is a sweet, older guy that is house and crate trained (even though he does not need to be crated) and gets along with the other dogs in his foster home. He&#39s great with older kids too! Story
This incredibly sweet brindle baby showed up in our lives after being scheduled to be euthanized. We are fostering, loving her and seeking to find her a forever family. Is it you? Molly is sweet and loving and gives lots of kisses! She listens really well and is incredibly smart. Found with a USB cord around her neck we know she escaped a less than great situation only to be turned into Dallas Animal Services. We know she deserves a good life and we are committed to finding her one. Molly is kind to cats. She is healthy. Sleeps at your feet. Cuddles in your arms. Ready and waiting to be yours. Molly loves chew toys and stuffed animal toys. She will kiss you if you smack your lips. She loves playing hide-and-go-seek! We are still learning about how she will get along with other dogs. She is big and rough-and-tumble so she would do better with other large dogs or being the solo dog. She is wonderful with kids. If you feel your home might be the right place for this wonderful dog, the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt.  Once submitted, the foster will contact you to tell you more, and to arrange a meeting! The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter. Story
Simon is an 8 month old mixed breed puppy. After consulting with Google, we think he could be a Collie of some type, maybe mixed with Boxer, but that's just our best guess. He has the goofiness of a Boxer, the smarts of a Collie, and the energy level of both. Simon is super athletic, and would be a great running, walking or hiking partner. He would be a great candidate for agility training too. He is adorable, playful, funny, curious, and affectionate. He gets along with most other dogs as long there are proper introductions. He would also be just fine as an only dog, as long as he gets plenty of attention, exercise and play time. Please submit your application to meet Simon, and an adoption counselors will contact you.

Story
Dixie's owner recently passed away. He had 2 dogs, no children and no spouse. He did not make any arrangements for the dogs. There are no family members able to take the dogs in and we have tried numerous rescue organizations, facebook, friends and family. He is currently living in the unoccupied house, with a doggie door so he has access to the house and back yard. A neighbor feeds them daily. We must sell the house ASAP and don't want to take them to the city shelter.. Dixie is a boxer/lab mix, or Boxador.  She is 6 yrs old and weighs about 75 lbs.  She is house broken, crate trained, chipped, spayed, and up to date on shots.  Dixie has vet records going back to when she was a pup.  She loves to play and be petted and is gentle and obedient. Dixie would love for her friend Gunny to come with her but doesn't mind being by herself. Her adoption fee is $50. Story
Maze is STILL LOOKING FOR A FAMILY! She is deaf, but her inability to hear, doesn't affect the amount of love she gives, one bit! She's a super smart, beautiful and loving little piglet. She loves playing with her friends and taking long naps! She doesn't even bark when someone knocks on the door or rings the doorbell! Mazie has not met a cat, but is dog and all people friendly! Because of her size and being deaf, bigger or dog experienced kids would likely be best for her. She is a big ole goof ball and loves to playfully prance around with her dog friends. She absolutely loves toys, kisses and snuggles! She is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and current on prevention. Submit your application and make her a permanent member of your family! You won't regret it! ##1086022##

Story
Kingsley is a very sweet pup with a big head, big heart, and the sweetest face. After he had been on the run for quite some time, it was easy to see that Kingsley just wanted a place to be loved and doted on. He loves to snuggle on the couch or in bed and loves to give big kisses. Kingsley loves showing how to sit and shake, especially for a treat! Kingley’s nickname could be “Piggy” because whenever he gets excited (mainly over meal time) he loves to “oink” and snort while wagging his tail and doing tippy tappys- it is absolutely adorable! He lovessss his bones and loves whenever he can lay in his bed to chew on them. Thunderstorms are not Kingsley’s favorite- but he is very appreciative of hugs and loving from humans when they come through. Kingsley loves to go outside on the leash to go on walks, runs, and to explore! He is house training, fully vetted, and loves any and all people. We do believe Kingsley was not socialized much with other dogs, so it would be best for him to be in a home where he would be the only pet. Story
Please read all the way to the end before applying for Koko: Meet Koko an about a 4-5 year old Pit Bull Terrier, potentially a Staffordshire Terrier, who weighs around 50-60 lbs. Koko is housebroken & crate trained, walks well on a leash & loves to go for walks & car rides. She has never met a stranger & is loving life, is ready to go on any adventure with her family. Koko loves kids, although her energy may be too much for the little one, so kids 8 years and older are best. She loves to cuddle on the couch or in bed, she actually sleeps in her 13 year old human foster-sister's bed every night & loves to go for meetings with her friends . Koko is a flirt as she does best with bigger MALE dogs but is NOT one for female dogs of any size. Koko was adopted 3 years ago & lived in a loving home for the past 3 years - but had to be surrendered following some unexpected life situations when the family could no longer keep her. She is currently fostered with a family that has four other dogs.
