Sasha was given to me as a gift with her sibling Ghost at 8 weeks old. The 3 of us have spent the last 8 years together and it has been lovely however she is in need of a new home ! She is the definition of a true lap dog ! She believes the purpose of her existence is to lay on your lap and be rubbed. Her most favorite thing in the world are cuddles ! She’s loves her brother but is slow to warm up to other dogs. She is energetic at times and loves to run around for a bit then come back for more cuddles. She enjoys car rides trips to the park but doesn’t like to get dirty. She will avoid dirt and mud at all costs. She has been with her brother ghost since birth and it would be great if able to adopt both dogs as they have never been separated. Please consider adding her to your home she will make a wonderful loyal sweet companion.

Geoffrey is a distinguished gentleman in the 8–10-year-young range, weighing in at a cozy 25 pounds with the softest black-and-white fur you’ll want to pet all day. With his soulful eyes and gentle nature, Geoffrey is the kind of dog that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the little things—like a sunny spot on the couch or the perfect soft snack.He’s housebroken (and politely lets you know when it’s time for a potty break), walks well on a leash, and gets along great with both dogs and cats. He’s not particularly interested in chasing the cat—he may give a sniff or two and then promptly forget what he was doing and go back to napping.Geoffrey isn’t much for stairs (we’re working on it!) and he prefers to skip the crate altogether. He’s happiest curled up next to his person—especially if you`re handing out string cheese or chewy treats. He does have some arthritis and a heart murmur (doesn`t require medication), but he doesn’t let that get in the way of short strolls or sniffing around a fenced yard. His needs are simple: soft food, soft beds, and a soft place to land with someone who loves him.He’s not into high-energy lifestyles or hectic households. Geoffrey is looking for a calm, cozy home—ideally with someone retired or working from home—where he can be your loyal shadow and soft-eared confidant. He’s a little vocal when left alone, but quiet as can be once he knows you’re nearby. Although probably fine with gentle children, Geoffrey hasn`t been around kids under our care. Geoffrey is an old soul with a heart full of love and a serious talent for companionship. The adoption fee is $150 and covers all expenses needed to prepare dogs like this one for their forever homes. By the time you meet them, they’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. They’ve been checked by a veterinarian and are up to date on necessary vaccinations, including Rabies and DHLPP. They have also been tested for heartworm and tick-borne diseases and have started heartworm and flea preventative medication. Some of our dogs have even undergone extensive medical care to ensure they’re ready for a happy, healthy life with you!

Meet Bernadette! She is an absolute sweetheart and has possibly the cutest underbite ever. Bernadette was brought to a shelter by Animal Control after being found as a stray in heartbreaking condition. She's settled into her foster home beautifully, and is really starting to open up and let her personality shine as she gets more and more comfortable. Bernadette loves humans and is happiest just hanging out with her foster family, snuggling, being loved, and folding herself into whatever is going on. She also loves soft treats, naps, and giving herself a backscratch by rolling around on the carpet. She is curious and always eager to explore - she'll slide right through her gate the moment her foster mom opens it and just keep right on going! Bernadette has some health issues caused by a lifetime of neglect but has been so friendly and easy to handle as we've started to address them. She has some trouble seeing and needs to be carried down stairs, and she's working on her housebreaking and making great progress. Her ideal family will love cuddling with her, have a generally calm and quiet household, and be able to provide her with structure and routine. Bernadette is such a good girl who just wants to love and be loved. She will make the perfect companion for a very lucky family! Bernadette is approximately 10 years old and 12 lbs. Olivia is medium energy - so she’s up for a little activity followed by a little relaxation. Meet Hazel! This sweet girl is a total lovebug ~ she either wants to be in foster mama’s lap or snuggled up like a little cinnamon roll right next to her. Hazel settled into her foster home so fast, it’s like she’s been here forever. She's still working on the whole “potty outside” thing ~ but Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was bladder control! She is obssessed with walks and does THE cutest little wiggle-dance when she sees her harness ~ like a senior prom queen getting ready for the red carpet. Hazel is super curious about other dogs and people, but she’s got boundaries, thank you very much. Sniff first, friendship maybe later. Hazel is also an A+ eater. No picky princess behavior here ~ she finishes every meal like a champ. Basically: she’s adorable, she’s sassy, she’s perfect. Come meet her! Hazel is approximately 9 years old and 14 lbs.
