Story
Gypsy is a talented young lady who will bend over backwards for her person. She came from a KS shelter as a stray where no one came to reclaim her. Gypsy is approx 1-2 y/o and 40# but could stand to lose a few pounds. She adores people and does well with non-submissive dogs 15# and up. Gypsy is ready to go at the drop of a hat and we think she’s a Cattledog/Border Collie mix. She is crate trained, potty trained and is good on the leash. She has tendency to resource guard her human from other dogs and will need to be redirected with positive reinforcement to teach her that isn’t appropriate. She does have some fixation with small dogs so we don’t recommend small dogs or cats in her new home. She has not been kid tested but a respectful older child 12+ may be considered. Gypsy requires a secure fenced 5-6 ft privacy fence and should not be left outdoors when her person leaves. This is likely how she became a stray. Her ideal home would keep her busy, active, and have a canine companion to match her play level. If interested in meeting Gypsy, the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Gypsy is spayed, utd on vaccs, chipped, and HW-. Her adoption fee is $375 and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.March 27, 2025, 5:16 pm

Story
Meet Macks, a 5-year-old Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix with a heart full of potential and a loving spirit. Macks was surrendered to a high-kill shelter after her previous owner passed away, and she’s now looking for a new family to give her the love and stability she deserves. Initially anxious and a bit flighty, Macks requires some time to build trust. However, once she feels secure, she becomes an incredibly affectionate and well-behaved companion. Macks is not fond of other dogs or cats, so she would do best in a home where she can be the only pet. She will thrive in a household with middle school-aged children or older, or with adults who can provide her with the patience and care she needs to feel at ease. If you're looking for a loyal and loving dog who will become deeply attached to her new family, Macks is ready to bring her devotion and warmth into your home.

Story
My name is Kylie, and I’m a 6-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix with a heart as big as my zoomies! I may look all cool and sophisticated with my black coat and silver fox accents, but deep down, I’m just a big ol’ lovebug who wants to be your number one sidekick. I’m a lady of many talents—like sniffing out the best smells on walks, rolling in the grass like it’s my personal spa day, and expressing myself with my adorable little grunts and groans (you’ll learn my language soon enough!). Oh, and if you need a mood booster, I specialize in emotional support cuddles! If I sense you’re feeling off, I’ll gently nudge you with my nose or give you a reassuring paw pat—because that’s just the kind of girl I am. I love my humans with all my heart and would be happiest as your one and only furry companion. Sharing love is great, but being the center of attention? Even better! I promise to be your most loyal, affectionate, and tail-waggingly happy friend if you give me the chance. I’m already house-trained, well-mannered, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all my shots—basically, a total catch. If you’re looking for a best friend who will stick by your side through thick and thin, I think we might just be a perfect match. ##2348725##

Story
Berkley is a sweet girl who is very protective of her owner. She gets along with most people and most other dogs outside of the home. She loves attention and has a lot of energy. She is about two years old and one of the most loving loyal dogs. She is sometimes nervous around new people and in new situations. It is important for me to find her a loving home and I would love to keep in touch my leasing company will not allow me to keep her due to her protective instincts. She has a big sister who plays with her all the time and they enjoy each others company so I would love to continue to have play dates. She is slightly food aggressive with other animals and extremely protective of her owner but will love like no other.

Story
Willow is 8 years young and loves her people. She is good with our older male dog, adults, and teenagers. I have not had her around cats. She would prefer to be the boss dog, so I would match her with more submissive males or as a solo dog. She is very well trained to know sit, stay, lie down, play dead, dance, and high-five. She has excellent voice command and can be off leash without straying. (She used to have her Boulder County off-leash tag) We take her to our cabin/hiking and she will never wander off. She loves to play in water and swim in lakes to play fetch. She would be a great running dog and does not pull on the leash when in her harness. She has never destroyed anything. She loves to cuddle with you on the couch. Willow needs a home where she can get exercise 3-5 days a week. I work long days (>10 hours) and my husband does not like to exercise her. This is why we are looking to rehome. DNA test showed 1/3 Austrailan Cattle dog, 1/3 pit bull, and 1/3 Rottweiler (AKA Mutt)

We will call you at the time of the visit once it is confirmed. For long distance transports to Colorado and Iowa, there is an additional $100 fee to cover the cost of the transport ($65) and a health certificate from a veterinarian ($35). For transports to St. Louis, the additional fee is $50 to help cover gas. Going that last mile home for our sweet pets! All of our pets are neutered or spayed, have vaccinations appropriate for their age, treated with flea/tick/heartworm prevention, dewormed and dogs are also microchipped. #adoptdontshop ##2317962##
