Story
Behind these striking blue eyes is the very good natured, 37 pound, 2 year old Corgi Aussie mix named Bruno. He’s a handsome, high energy boy who loves to play with other dogs and would do best in a house with another playful dog and a human who will keep him active. He is friendly with kids, does well on walks and follows his humans everywhere.  He does have a prey drive with curiosity towards rabbits and squirrels, so cats are not likely a good idea in his home.  Bruno does have some separation anxiety. He sleeps overnight in his crate but gets stressed in the crate when his people leave and will bark, so shared walls are not the best for him. He does need a fully fenced yard. He is housebroken and can use a dog door. Bruno does need a little work on his “yelling” at mystery dogs on the other side of the fence during walks and in his yard. He is neutered, utd on his vaccines, HW-, and microchipped. If you are interested in meeting Bruno, the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms We require the application, home and reference check, and to meet with everyone in the home. Bruno's adoption fee is $400.00 and we are not doing any out of state adoptions.May 5, 2024, 7:41 pm

Story
This blue-eyed beauty, Ginny (aka Gin or Gimli) is all about making sure you are happy by throwing the ball or frisbee for her to bring back to you. She is fast and athletic, loves walks, sniffing around, house trained, crate trained, uses the doggie door and is lovely on the leash. Gimli was surrendered to a local shelter for resource guarding her person from the other dog in the home. Saying that she was absolutely terrified in the shelter is an understatement. This poor girl was almost completely shut down but she is now in a home with multiple dogs. At first she was on good behavior but as she’s grown more comfortable, she’s been picking fights so she would do best as an only dog in the home. Gin needs direction, understanding, and a herding breed-experienced owner. She is a 3 y/o Australian Shepherd/ Corgi weighing approx 35#. She has not been tested with cats or kids but her previous owner said she was good with cats and older respectful kids. Gin requires a fenced yard and an active experienced owner. Gin also has a great "off" switch. If interested in meeting Gin the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Gin is spayed, utd on vaccs, chipped, and HW-. Her adoption fee is $400 and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.  May 5, 2024, 7:41 pm

Story
Anyone looking for a rewarding project?  I’m a sweet Australian Shepard mix that started my life on my own.  I’m learning to trust and learn how to be loved because I probably spent my youngster days living on my own.  I do well with other dogs my size and older, still learning my boundaries.  Since I was on my own, cats are probably not a great idea.  I would do well living with another active dog to show me the ropes.  Want to be loved on and getting better everyday.   I will turn out to be a beautiful hiking partner and May end up being 55-60 pounds.  ##1730239##

Story
Introducing Billy, a wonderfully playful pup disguised as a caterpillar. This roly poly fluffball will entertain you for hours on end with his antics. Ready for a hike? He's your pup. Looking for a game of fetch? Pick me, me, me!! Want a fuzzy companion to share your cheetos with? He's always up for a midnight snack. Have a resident doggo that needs a playmate? This guy is ready to rock. Kids at home? He can definitely keep them busy. This multi-talented pup is ready for his new home. At 9 weeks and 8.5 pounds, Billy will likely be a medium sized adult. He is thriving in his foster home, a busy household with four adults, 2 kiddos (7 yo and 11 yo) and three resident doggos. This pup is currently located in northwest Arvada and would love to meet with potential adopters. ##2033348##

Story
Meet Lincoln Wilson, the wise and playful eight-year-old Australian Shepherd with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. This seasoned companion adores nothing more than a game of fetch in the park. Lincoln`s passion for learning is matched only by his love for tasty treats, making him a perfect candidate for continued training adventures. Lincoln does not seem super interested in other dogs, and prefers treats and toys, and may be choosy about his friends. He is best suited for a home with kids who are at least 10. If you`re seeking a devoted companion who thrives on fun and learning, Lincoln Wilson is eager to become your faithful sidekick and bring endless joy to your life. What I Need In a Home:* May be choosy about canine friends* Kids 10+ mandatory
