Hi, my name is Nana, and I’m five years old. I’m a very, very sweet girl, but I’m also pretty fearful and still learning to feel safe and confident. I’m working hard on my leash training. Right now, our walks look something like this: walk a few feet, stop, sniff… sniff… sniff… and when my foster mom says, “Ready, let’s go!” we walk a few more feet and repeat. I’m learning at my own pace, and I’m doing my best! My house training is coming along, too. I can be a little picky about my food and I don’t always drink my water. My foster mom tries all kinds of things to encourage me. She even makes me homemade meals, and I LOVE them! I’m just not a fan of blueberries, apples, or peanut butter. I know what I like! At night, I sleep with my foster mom and stay right beside her all night. Whenever she wakes up, I’m always ready for more love and cuddles. I LOVE being gently brushed, and I don’t even mind taking a bath. But don’t turn your back on me when I’m in the tub… because I might make my escape! 😂 I’m a sweet girl who is learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. With patience, kindness, and lots of love, I’m hoping to find someone who will give me the time I need to blossom.If you would like to meet this dog, please call Teri at 630-897-7454. He is a sweet athletic boy that craves affection. House, crate and leash trained. Completely vetted and ready for his forever home. He is fostered near Knoxville, TN but transportation to a location near you is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Hi, I’m T-Bear! I’m a one-eyed Australian Shepherd puppy with two eyes’ worth of personality and absolutely no idea that I’m supposed to be different. One eye doesn’t make me less of a dog. It just makes my face a little more unforgettable. I was found alone in a field and had already been through more than any puppy should. I eventually lost one of my eyes and needed surgery, but that chapter is over. These days, I’m much more interested in toys, adventures, cuddles, and figuring out exactly how much puppy mischief I can get away with. I run, wrestle, explore, and play like any other puppy. I’m curious about everything, I learn quickly, and when I’m finally tired, I turn into the sweetest little cuddle bug. Pick me up, and there’s a very good chance I’ll melt right into you. And guess what? I’m now in Illinois! No more waiting for me to travel across the country. I’m here and ready to meet my family. I’m great with kids, dogs, and cats, and I’m neutered and vaccinated. I’m still a puppy, so I’ll need someone ready for training, routines, exercise, and all the goofy moments that come with raising a baby Aussie. I’m T-Bear, and I’ve already found my way out of that field and into my second chance. ##2714725##

Rescue puppy. Fully house broken, professionally trained. Not perfectly obedient but he comes, sits, etc.. He is very loving and likes to lean into and touch people to say hello. He has been great. Negatives. He barks at people or animals that walk past the house. He is alerting us and he wants to go play but as big as he is he intimidates people and other dogs when he gets all excited to see them. Once he is near a dog he is fine but when he first sees them he rushes at them and it is awkward. If he had a constant dog friend or friends I think he could get over this quickly. He also treats little kids the same way. He wants to get near them and play with them and maybe head them. His size intimidates people so that doesn't work out great. The reason we are rehoming him. He got lose and saw a dog across the street. He ran over to play and knocked over an older woman and she got hurt falling on the sidewalk, she sued us and we lost our insurance so I have to rehome to get reinsured. thx
