Story
This handsome fellow and his siblings came in to rescue last winter after they were dumped on a back country road. Their mother was found deceased, so we took the puppies in to try to save them. They were very sick initially but are very healthy now. Big boy is a gentle boy but does love to run and play with other dogs. Big boy was the largest of the puppies, but his siblings have caught up to him. He has done amazing with his house and crate training. He is so deserving of a wonderful home to call his own. He is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Please let me know if you have any questions. You are falling in love with me, you want to take me home forever"...  This young handsome boy has such mesmerizing eyes!  Brody is approximately 4 months old and weighs between 30-35lbs. Foster home update:  He was a perfect angel in the car ride home. He was excited to meet my 2 dogs and really wants to play. He’s got a lot of energy but easily goes in his crate for bedtime and stays quiet all night.  Likes his crate and rarely barks, stays quiet all night.  He is almost potty trained.  He is eager to play with other dogs but sometimes can play a little rough so if there is another dog in the home it should be up for hard play.  Still working on leash walking but loves running through the yard  We recommend training for all our dogs!     **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent. **Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Monty is a male, two-year-old Australian Shepherd. He is approximately 50 lbs., neutered and up to date on all his shots. He is a big love bug, always giving kisses and wagging his tail. A little reserved and quiet - he did not do well in the shelter. After a few days in his new foster home, he is starting to get some pep in his step. Monty is very intelligent and will be easily trained. He would thrive in a home with a large, fenced yard and another welcoming dog. Unfortunately, Monty is not a fan of cats. Due to his demeanor, he may also do better in a home with older children. He is fantastic on a leash with a good harness, as Aussies love to run. Monty is mesmerized by squirrels and becomes very excited when he spots one. Due to his long, beautiful coat, he will need regular grooming. If you see a pet here, they are still available for adoption and you should apply through our adoption application on our website at  https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/   Mac is a 3 month old male Border Collie/Aussie mix who weighs in at 18 pounds.  This pup's adoption fee is $550.  If you are still interested, please read more below. Mac is as cute as ever with his soft black and white coat and piercing blue eye. He loves everyone and is very food motivated. He is willing to sleep in his crate at night and walks well on a leash. He is still working on potty training.   This pup is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and neutered.
