Avery is a special guy. He is almost 2 yrs old, perfect medium sized dog and weighs 34 pounds. Avery needs another dog because he is deaf. He has separation anxiety if he is the only dog and is left alone. He is crate trained, potty trained, uses a doggy door, loves walks, playing in the water, and car rides. He knows hand signals for commands. He knows sit, stay, down, come, place and a few more. His life didn't start out well and is Very fearful of men and would do best in a home without a man in it. He loves babies & children and is extremely affectionate. He Loves to cuddle up with you on the couch and watch movies. If you looking for a sweet sweet boy that never barks at the delivery drivers, the door bell, other dogs and is never reactivate to fireworks or storms Avery might be your boy.

Jack is a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd with a big heart, lots of energy, and an affectionate, playful personality. He loves walks, fetch, chew toys, dog bones, cuddling, and being the center of attention, and his signature Aussie “butt wiggle” is sure to make you smile. Due to limited socialization with his first two owners, he struggles with other dogs and would do best as the ONLY pet in a patient, experienced home. He thrives on companionship and would especially benefit from a household with two or more people who can share in giving him the attention, structure, and ongoing socialization he needs. Jack is neutered, healthy, knows basic commands like sit and high five, and is eager to continue learning. While I love him dearly, I’m unable to provide the time and consistency he deserves, and I’m committed to finding him a safe, loving forever home where he can truly thrive. I'd love to have her go to an active family that is not in an apartment where she can get a ton of energy spent on walks and runs. She knows basic commands like sit, lay down, and especially no! Story
Atlas is a very energetic and playful dog once he gets to know you. He can take a little while to fully warm up to new people, but he is very friendly and social when meeting other dogs. We’ve noticed that Atlas doesn’t handle change very well and needs some extra time and patience when adjusting to new people and environments. We believe Atlas experiences some anxiety, and we’ve been working with him to help him feel more comfortable around others, especially in our large family. He is crate trained, although his anxiety tends to be most noticeable when he is in his crate. Atlas isn’t particularly food-motivated, but he absolutely thrives when it comes to play. He knows basic commands and does well with them when he is calm and fully focused on you. Overall, Atlas is a sweet, playful dog who does best with patience, consistency, and time to build trust. We would love for him to find a home with a lot of patience and time to give him the proper attention he deserves.

Story
Darrow is full of energy and fun. Loves to play fetch and even run on a treadmill. He love toys that squeak must be tough to avoid fluff everywhere. He needs a good yard to run and play in. He has no problem with cats, but he loves to try and chase them to play. He has currently been living with small children but would do better with out children. Active and lively household would be great. He does not do well with other dogs. Must be an only dog. He was attacked as a puppy at a dog park and will be on high alert near any other dog. He knows all his basic commands. (Sit, stay, lay down, roll over, shake.) House trained, Crate-trained. He does have a bit of separation anxiety. He is very talkative. must tell everyone when someone is walking near the house, or when he finds a good stick. He has leash reactivity, but does okay as long as no other dogs are near. He is up to date on all vaccinations and is neutered. I believe he is microchipped.

Maisie is a very loving and sweet 6 year old mixed breed. We got Maisie 5 years ago, she has been great with our growing son and our cat as well. She really believes people exist to love her! We work long hours and when we are away from home, she has mild separation anxiety. This is the main reason we are looking for someone who is around the home more often. She is a perfect family dog when there is someone around to love her. We want the best for her and don’t believe we are providing that in our current situation.

Story
We got Bennett as newborn puppy through a dog rescue in Texas during Covid. He is only around his older brother that we already had and my mom’s dog. Very reactionary around new people and can be aggressive towards other dogs. He is protective of his home and will bark at delivery people that come to the door. Can also be very loving and attentive. Very smart and picks up on what you say and how you act. Lots of boundless energy and would do well with lots of space. He got out of our yard and bit a neighbor’s dog that was also out loose, that is the only reason we are putting him up for adoption. I love him to death, and I know you will too. He also has an adopted brother about 9 years old, Hooch. If you were looking for two dogs they would be a great pair. He’s the other dog in the pictures.
