APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. In foster near Seattle, WA The fosters children (not super young) ABSOLUTELY ADORE HIM!!! CHANCE is perhaps an Australian shepherd mix…lol maybe with a touch of beagle! ha ha about 2 yrs old, 35#s. He has been raised in an apartment but he is definitely a dog with energy. He might do BEST with a home with a yard, exercise, children, and lots of play. Or an active single our couple that likes hiking, boating, swimming. Maybe if you work away from home, a dog walker some days and doggie day care twice week? He is learning the basics…leash training, sit, stay. He is not good with cats at this point. Chance hasn’t experienced many of the common daily things but he has a good personality and likes people… especially if they have treats. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. If you have any questions you can email us and if you would like a call give us good times to return the call. You can also go to our Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/Pet-Central-SATX-866684826744181/ and LIKE us to help us out. After we review your application, we will contact you, and you'll have the opportunity to find out more from their foster family or the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at shaynerescue@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. If you have not applied, you will not receive a response so please only email if you have any issues applying. Adoption Fees The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. You can sign up to foster at this link: https://shaynesrescue.com/foster-application/ This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose. Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.

Story
Lila is a 13 year old, very spirited Aussie/Border Collie mix in perfect health. She typically does well when there's a lot of stimulation, people to be around, and lot's of exercise. Although she can display reactiveness when on leash, she is easy to calm. She can play well with dogs at the dog park and in the home. Would not recommend for a house with small children or cats as she is a herding breed. She is very sweet, will listen well, and is always ready for an adventure!

Story
Meet adorable and loving Jude. He was rescued from the Avenal animal shelter in CA, where he spent an agonizing nine months-over 274 days-locked away. At just six months old, he faced a year of confinement that could be likened to seven years in human terms. The boredom and distress he experienced are unimaginable. Now that Jude is out of the shelter, he is learning and adapting, but he has a long way to go. He has been doing so great at training and you can definitely see such wonderful results from the training program! We’ve seen amazing progress at the training facility. He is now looking for his forever home or foster. is done with his training and doing so well! He was in a program for about 60 days and has proven to be ready for a foster or adoptive home. Trainers are able to give some sessions to show what he has learned! He would love to be in his new home for the new year. Jude is 1.5 years old, neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Jude is currently still in San Jose but plans to transport as soon as we have a foster or adopter. Jude is VERY dog friendly and his adoption includes one on one training sessions with you. He would do best with older children but is good with people and has learned to be open to his new surroundings. Jude walks well on a leash, is house trained and he can’t wait to meet you! Jude is a tall handsome boy that just need a chance. Jude has graduated his training program and looking for a great home. Please apply so we can help this boy stay on his training routine and make your life better! Please contact Priscilla at packlyferescue@yahoo.com.

Story
She is just under 1 year old. She is fostered with big dogs (Great Dane) and lots of little dogs, also cat friendly. A bit shy of men at first until she gets to know them. Poppy has been spayed and up to date on vaccines, on prevention and given great Veterinary care. As just a puppy - she is new to being on a leash and pulls from it so her foster is working with her on her. She is mostly house trained and follows the dog pack around. She needs a family to continue to socialize her and help her grow. Appears to be a mix of a Collie or Australian Shepard. Expected to be a medium sized adult dog with medium to long hair requiring regard grooming. Email to Apply! Adopt@CaffeinatedCanineRescueTx.org Fostered in Texas. *Adoption Fee includes transport to PNW, Midwest or NY-NJ-CT-VA-VT states by pet transport partners. Story
Ms Lulu is quite the character! She is happy and funny and Loves to run and run. When she stops, she stops! She took over the house and yard the first day protecting and keeping all threats away from the fence. She is a snuggler and will sit on the couch and sleep in the big person bed or an open crate. She does prowl and protect through the night. She is house trained and uses a doggy door. Lulu is not good with small dogs as her breed likes to keep the "rodents" at bay. I would say no dog under 20lbs - otherwise male or female dogs are fine. No idea about cats. She is a cattle dog and seems as if she may have been trained to herd beyond what comes natural? she is not good with lazy pet goats, pigs and chickens. Cattle and horses would be safe. She is an active working dog who would love an active lifestyle if you can provide it. She loves the water too. She will herd children by nipping on their heels so maybe a bit older children who understand that's just what her breed does and won't cry. She does pretty well on a leash, rides in the car like a pro, loves puppies because she was a mom a time or two. Her tongue hangs out and her jaw is a bit off (maybe birth defect or an injury) but it does not affect her appetite! She is spayed, HW negative and up to date on shots. please apply at www.krrtx.org/forms Please note Lulu is located in San Antonio, TX and is available for transport to your location through Your Tx Rescue Connection transport service. The fee includes adoption fee and transportation fee.
