Story
Meet Leo. This beautiful boy is a 5 year old Aussie mix, weighing approx. 80lbs. Leo is neutered and will be brought up to date on vaccinations. Leo has shown aggression toward another male dog in the house but did okay with female dogs. He has done well with cats but has no experience with other animals. Leo’s household has undergone a change the last few years; there is now a toddler. He is very nervous about this situation and barks at the toddler. His family made the decision to find him a better situation, a home without small children. He is house trained and crate trained. He is located in Tacoma, WA.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites.  Roxanne is an adorable Aussie mix but with what, we're not sure.  She has wavy but wiry fur so either a wire-haired terrier or a poodle or both in her mix.  She has the beautiful blue aussie eyes also.  She's young and playful.  Crate trained and walks fine on leash.   Who's looking for a doll like this to make a life-long commitment to?   Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 15, 2024, 1:16 pm

Story
APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. SAM is the most outgoing of this litter. He was the chosen one to go with the Foster to her Yoga class and get handled by all the ladies. He loved every minute. He loves to be held and cuddled and especially to get tummy rubs. This is the sweetest litter of possible Australian Shepherd mix. DOB is 2/28/24. We expect them to be about 30#s when grown. They all love to play with each other, toys, and people. They are crate trained and they are getting accustomed to a collar and leash. These will make great family pets. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period." If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. You can also go to our Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/Pet-Central-SATX-866684826744181/ and LIKE us to help us out. After we review your application, we will contact you, and you'll have the opportunity to find out more from their foster family or the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at shaynerescue@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. If you have not applied, you will not receive a response so please only email if you have any issues applying. Adoption Fees The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. You can sign up to foster at this link: https://shaynesrescue.com/foster-application/ This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose. Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.

APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. In foster in Tumwater, WA SMITTY is very playful and loves to chase the other puppies. He has his shy moments with people but warms up quickly and loves to be in the middle of things. He is literally like an 'old soul' in a puppies body. For young children probably NOT the best fit as he is so mature and mellow for a puppy. Older children, sure. Isn't he just adorable!!! This is the sweetest litter of possible Australian Shepherd mix. DOB is 2/28/24. We expect them to be about 30#s when grown. They all love to play with each other, toys, and people.
