Australian Shepherd/ Lab is the closest breed we can guess on her. Sorry we don't have good photos of sweet Sally. She was in foster in Texas since a puppy! She is totally trained with playing with a playgroup of dogs several times/day. Finally her turn at about 2 years to be adopted. ! House and potty trained!!! woof woof. Super affectionate sweet loving dog. She is a little shy at first, but opens up quickly. Has done great with other all other dogs even young puppies when done with proper introductions. She is with a rescue that is friends of Lufkin TX Kurth Memorial Animal Shelter friends. loving sweet sweet pup t is nearly impossible to say the breeds but her brother did have some Great Pyrenees in his DNA test. Many dogs are impossible to say the breeds but it is anyone's guess. As we know, mutts statistically speaking will live longer and have less vet bills!. Ms Lulu is quite the character! She is happy and funny and Loves to run and run. When she stops, she stops! She took over the house and yard the first day protecting and keeping all threats away from the fence. She is a snuggler and will sit on the couch and sleep in the big person bed or an open crate. She does prowl and protect through the night. She is house trained and uses a doggy door. Lulu is okay with small dogs but maybe no dog under 20lbs until proper intros are made - otherwise male or female dogs are fine. No idea about cats. She is a cattle dog and seems as if she may have been trained to herd beyond what comes natural? She got out of the gate once and was fine with the goat and chickens. Cattle and horses would be safe. She is an active working dog who would love an active lifestyle if you can provide it. She loves the water too. She will herd children by nipping on their heels so maybe a bit older children who understand that's just what her breed does and won't cry. She does pretty well on a leash, rides in the car like a pro, loves puppies because she was a mom a time or two. Her tongue hangs out and her jaw is a bit off (maybe birth defect or an injury) but it does not affect her appetite! She is spayed, HW negative and up to date on shots. We are rehoming our 6 year old toy-size Australian Shepherd, Tinker. Due to my fiance recently being diagnosed with cancer, we can no longer afford nor have the time to take care of her, sadly. She's a great pup with lots of spunk, and she also loves cuddle! She knows commands, such as: -Go to bed (to go to her crate) -Go home (to head towards the door of home) -Dinner -Breakfast -Sit -Wait She was abused by a previous owner and attacked by a German Shepherd in her previous owner's home. She does well with other dogs mostly (gets along with our other dog just fine), but bigger dogs could possibly be a trigger for her. She's GREAT with kids and people! She is anxious in the car, but we noticed she's not as anxious with our other dog or if someone holds her. Tinker will come with her crate, bag of food, her bowls, bowl stand, her favorite toys, harness and leash. Prior dog experience IS required for her new home, especially for dogs who may have trauma.
