He appears to be some sort of beagle mix, he weighs 46lbs.  Bert is short and stocky, he loves to play with his foster siblings.  He adores all people.  Bert is the foster puppies big brother, he loves to play in the puppy pen with them and if they are arguing he jumps in and breaks it up.   Bert is a sweet sweet boy and deserves the best home!   ##1718994##

Mick and his siblings were living in a muddy, ramshackle pen with no shelter when their owner went to prison for 10 years. It came to our attention that the pups were suffering and needed help. These 4-month-olds are now in a foster home, but staying in a nice kennel on the property. They're beagle/Jack Russell terrier/walker hound mixes, and very responsive loose. Smart, trainable, and affectionate describe these boys. They'll need work on a leash and probably some housebreaking as well. They look like they'll settle around 25 pounds when fully grown.  ##1718299##

BREE-ware of the cuteness overload!  Hi, I’m Bree! I only have a minute to talk until I go back to my puppy antics, but I want to tell you all about me. I’m nearly eight weeks old, under eight pounds, probably a beagle mix, and a sweet little girl. I’m bold enough to admit that I am un-BREE-lievably adorable!  BREE-fore Cross Your Paws rescued me, I have a sad story: I was put in a box and abandoned along the side of a road. How dare they! I was so relieved when a good person noticed the box was moving and they stopped & saved me. Being an active puppy saved my life, BREE-cause it was my spunky self that was making that box move and catching the attention of that good person!  I love to run after a toy that mimics prey, and I also love chew toys and soft plushy toys. After play time I love to be held and fall asleep in my foster family’s arms. I’d be super excited if my forever family has another dog (or more) that I could BREE-friend. I missed out on some critical time with my mama and littermates, so I will need consistent training to help me learn not to puppy bite, for instance. Trust me, I’m worth it! I’m BREE-yond compare.
