Story
Sabrina is an amazing dog who just needs someone willing to work with her. She is amazing with children (just needs work on being too excited around small children She absolutely loves sniff walks and fetch to wear her out and work her brain. She will need a more involved owner who understands her needs. She’s got some unique quirks that make her even more special! She needs a very slow introduction to other dogs but has been able to play with and be around some other non dominant dogs. She does have Addison disease which is kept in control with a monthly injection. She would benefit from a forever home with someone who can keep up with that and give her a calm loving environment to spend her golden years. Her adoption fee is sponsored https://www.pupandcatco.com/

Story
QUICHE Border Collie  Puppy Meet our Border Collie puppy: Quiche. At 8 weeks old, he is equal parts brains, zoomies, and heart. Always curious and already way too smart for his own good, this little herder loves learning new tricks, chasing anything that moves, and stealing socks. Big personality, bigger energy, and endless cuddles included. Quiche, is intelligent, alert, and full of promise. He is already showing a love for learning and a strong bond with his people. With the right guidance, he will grow into a devoted, energetic, and highly capable companion. You must be aware when adopting a Border Collie that they are working dogs! Since not many of us have sheep to herd, you will have to take him on long walks daily. Also play fetch with him in the yard, maybe teach him how to catch a frisbee! There are local places that teach dogs agility skills, Borders love that skill. In short, please be prepared for an active lifestyle if you want to adopt a Border Collie. We can point you towards some of these trainers if you like.  An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.          February 12, 2026, 6:33 am

Story
Meet Mr. Crane! He will certainly be happy to meet you. This dog does happy like no dog I've ever seen. He literally jumps for joy! When I come home, He goes sailing past my head. Crane is very playful. He especially likes those rope toys, which he will play with on his own or he'll play tug of war until your arm falls off. But if you sit still for long enough, he will curl up with you. That is his favorite place to be, in contact with his people. It gives him a sense of security. Crane did not have a good start in life. He was seconds away from being euthanizedHe is one year old and has lived in at least four places during the first 10 months. So in his little world, everyone you love goes away. That makes him crave reassurance. If he can just settle some place and learn that no one is leaving, I think that he should develop a little more independence. Won't you give Mr. Crane a chance? He's a beautiful, sweet-tempered boy who will be overjoyed for a chance to be your best friend.

Story
Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption. Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.

Please contact Tanya (tanya@ppnk.org) for more information about this pet.Application is required - Please go to www.ppnk.orgAdoption fee '300Remi is a mini aussie weighing only 30lbs. She is about 2-3 yrs old. She gets along with all dogs but does have a high prey drive so small fluffy dogs and cats would not be good housemates. All our animals receive professional veterinary attention including spay/neuter, testing, vaccination, deworming, food and shelter. We only rescue from Animal Control and cannot accept lost, hurt or unwanted pets from individuals.  We are a licensed non-profit no-kill shelter.September 15, 2025, 11:53 am
