Story
Puppers is a sweet boy looking for the right family to give him the love and stability he deserves. Though he is still a puppy, he balances energetic play with gentle companionship. The rough start to his young life has not dampened his spirits and he warms up quickly to new people. He is a funny little guy and most things are still new to him, so he has a calm and cautious curiosity. He gets along with other dogs extremely well and integrates seamlessly, following the lead of others. He is not a barker, even when other dogs are. He has shown no signs of being a destructive chewer, but he does enjoy making off with an available sock to be chased. He loves to be scratched on his chin and ears. He does well on leash, not tugging or resisting direction. Puppers is looking for a home to offer him love, attention and security. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Story
A very special girl is looking for her next family ❤️🐾 Meet Gracie, our sweet 10-year-old Border Collie mix. Gracie came into our lives as a rescue when she was just 1 year old, and she’s been a beloved member of our family for the past 10 years. She’s 47 lbs., spayed, in great health, and wonderful with children and other dogs. She’s had a stable, loving home her entire adult life and is looking for a family who can give her the companionship and attention she deserves in this next chapter. This is an incredibly difficult decision for us and is being made only because our work now requires extensive travel and we’re away much more than we used to be. Gracie deserves a home where her people are around more consistently. We’re not looking to place her quickly — we’re looking for the right home. Ideally, we’d love someone who wants a wonderful, established companion and understands how special it is to give a senior dog a loving home. Gracie is located in Forsyth County, Georgia.

Story
Jasper is a wonderful 5 year old Border Collie - Husky mix. He's a fantastic farm dog and very loving once you've established trust. Needs supervision with small children he doesn't know, but is great with kids he knows. My wife has had some health challenges for the last year and she no longer feels confident handling him when I'm away. He would do best with someone who is comfortable with regular training. He takes training well and is accustomed to an e-collar. He needs a place where he can work or run and get his energy out. Good with other dogs unless food is involved. His best friend in the world is a miniature Dachshund. It is heartbreaking to move him, but we know there's a perfect place out there where he'll be happy. And if he's happy, we'll be happy.

Story
Ben is a 2 year old playful boy bursting with energy and joy. At just a couple of years old, he’s in the prime of his life and ready to find a forever family who can keep up with his fun-loving spirit. Ben’s favorite things? Running, playing, and joining in on all the action! His foster family says his energy seems endless, he loves to chase toys, especially soccer balls, and would make the perfect buddy for kids or other dogs who enjoy a good game of backyard fun. While he can keep himself entertained, he’s happiest when he has playmates to join in the excitement. Though we don’t know Ben’s exact breed, his foster family suspects a mix of Boxer, cattle dog, Australian Shepherd, or Blue Heeler, whatever the combination, it gave him plenty of smarts, stamina, and curiosity. Ben is gentle in play, crate trained, and already knows a few commands, but he’s eager to learn more. He’s the kind of dog who would thrive with a “job” or active family who enjoys adventures, training, or outdoor activities. Ben does well with kids and other dogs, though cats remain a bit of a question, he’s curious but unsure. He’s always interested in what everyone is doing, and his happy personality makes him a wonderful companion for families looking for a fun and engaging dog. Ben is heartworm negative, neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and on monthly preventatives to keep him healthy and ready for all of life’s adventures.
