Story
When was found abandoned on the streets. She was very fearful. She has really come out of her shell since she’s been here. She was alone and starving but now she’s sweet and her belly is full. She loves to be around people BUT NO KIDS. She seems fine around other dogs as well. *** She has been transferred to PAWS in white settlement***

Story
Meet Ella! Ella is a sweet, playful 9-month-old Collie mix weighing about 40 lbs (est 50 full grown), and she’s the perfect mix of goofy puppy energy and affectionate cuddle bug. With her stunning black coat, soft white chest markings, and adorable brown paws, she’s just as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside. This girl loves everyone, adults, kids (including younger kiddos), other dogs both big and small, and even cats! Ella is friendly, curious, athletic, and absolutely full of joy. She thrives on playtime and would happily spend hours romping with a doggy friend or tossing toys around (even if she sometimes mistakes kids’ stuffed animals for dog toys… honest mistake ). Ella is potty trained, crate trained, walks well on leash, and knows a few basic commands like sit. She confidently uses the doggy door and is doing great with her training overall. Like most happy puppies, she’s still working on keeping all four paws on the ground when she gets excited (jumper when excited) but that enthusiasm comes straight from her big, loving heart. With her higher energy level, Ella would do best in an active home, ideally with another playful dog to help her burn off her puppy energy. After a good play session, she’s more than happy to flop down and relax, soaking up all the love and kisses she can get. Her foster thinks that she would be best suited for a home with a yard! If you’re looking for a fun, loving, affectionate companion who will keep you laughing and fill your home with love, Ella might just be your perfect match Apply to adopt Ella TODAY on our website! acesplacerescue.org/availabledogs Located in Fort Worth, TX but available everywhere! Story
Rex turned 5 on August 9th. He walks well on a leash and is house trained. He is a beautiful sweet boy, however he does not like cats. We have 5 dogs, 2 cats, and he does not do well with our male German Shepherd. He is high energy and loves to play and chew bones. His coat is considered red merle.

Story
Kiwi is a super playful and smart girl. She even plays gently with smaller creatures like cats and rabbits. She is potty trained and has caught on quickly to simple commands like Sit and Stay. Kiwi is shy at first but quickly warms up. She was born 6/29/2019We got Kiwi & Peaches from the shelter as itty bitty pups, and soon found out that both of them had CHV (Canine Herpesvirus). Most puppies die at 2 weeks from this, however these two were fighters and besides runny noses here and there, are doing really well. They can have it the rest of their lifes and will be sick from time to time and because there is just not a lot documented on situations like this we have no idea what their future health could be. They should never be around puppies or attend public places or events.Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, and spayed or neutered- if not already, a voucher is provided.
