Story
I need to sadly re-home two beloved cats due to my partner's worsening allergen-induced asthma - we have tried every option over the last 3 years and nothing has worked. Simon - light orange male tabby, neutered, microchipped, 6 years old (DOB: Nov 2019) I adopted Simon at 4 months old from a foster program in San Francisco. He was too afraid to be at the local SPCA. He is incredibly timid. I have never met a cat with a greater fight or flight response. If you sneeze too loudly, he may sprint to the other room. That being said, he is very sweet and beautiful. When he eventually warms up to you, he loves to be petted. Sometimes he wants to get in your lap, but his flight response still makes him nervous and often he gives up. They can come with dry and wet food, an automated feeder, litter trays, cat toys/trees. We are looking for a home that will love them and keep them safe. Story
Ham and Elvis are the sweetest bonded brother duo! They are both 3 years old. I have another cat with special needs and unfortunately, Ham and Elvis do not get along at all. Since my other cat is blind, she is not able to defend herself again Ham and Elvis, making it a stressful situation for everyone. After a year and a half of trying every remedy possible, I am making heartbreaking decision to rehome them. Ham (brown tabby) is an extremely social and energetic cat. He loves to play with his wands toys and also loves going on supervised walks outside. His bother Elvis (tuxedo) is a little more timid, but still loves to play and cuddle once he is comfortable with a person. They are both incredibly loving and funny cats. Most importantly, they love each other. Which is why they are only able to be adopted as a pair. Some things to note: Ham eats a special urinary diet (Purina Pro Plan Urinary Care and wet food) and Elvis eats that as well, since they eat their meals together.

Story
I need to sadly re-home two beloved cats due to my partner's worsening allergen-induced asthma - we have tried every option over the last 3 years and nothing has worked. Carl (Carl Katsell) - Gray male tabby, neutered, microchipped, 7 years old (DOB: May 2018). Carl is the pet love of my life. He is named after the NPR reporter Carl Kasell and also goes by Carlos or Carlito. I adopted Carl when he was 4 months old. When Carl warms up to you, he will be your best bud. He will want nothing more than to sit in your lap, especially if you have a blanket on your lap. He rarely meows, except when carrying his favorite toy, an old cat toy that looks like a wine bottle. This is his security blanket toy. They can come with dry and wet food, an automated feeder, litter trays, cat toys/trees. We are looking for a home that will love them and keep them safe. Story
Rhiannon (aka Rhi-Rhi aka Little Lion) is a special cat looking for a calm home to spend the rest of her days. She loves to give gentle face sniffs, get a good brushing, and of course receive some good chin and ear scratches. Her two absolute favorite things in the world are lounging in afternoon sunny spots and her crinkled paper ball. Rhiannon spends most of the day dozing, but as soon as she hears the rustle of her paper ball she is at the ready to play a very slow game of fetch. She truly carries one of her many crinkled balls with her everywhere she goes and back to her bed before snuggling up to nap again. She also loves to stand on her hind-legs at the window and chirp at the birds! While Rhiannon still has a playful side, she is arthritic and a bit wobbly when she moves around. She takes 3 medications daily mixed into wet food (no fuss). She would do best in a home without other pets or very young children. (She has lived with another cat successfully while in the shelter, but she has not befriended her foster’s cats.) She’s made great progress in her foster home, opening up to receiving pets and being brushed, but she can still startle easily. She would benefit from living with someone who can read cat body language well and provide her space when requested. She will do best in a calm home with children.over 10 years old. Yourtube video playing fetch: https://youtu.be/-paUD1sGXn8 Rhiannon is vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia, and is microchipped.

Story
Moka Age: 5 yrs Sex: Male, neutered Breed: Russian Blue mix This is a courtesy posting. Please contact Victor at 651-795-1007 This is a wonderfully sweet cat named Moka. He is a 5 year old Russian Blue. It breaks my heart to have to re-home him. I adopted him as a bonded pair with his Sister, who he got along with so adorably the first two years I had them. Unfortunately, as happens sometimes as cats get older, a freak accident where she got caught on her bed really scared him and he became aggressive towards her. The problem unfortunately could not be resolved with diffusers, reintroduction method, or medications and he would periodically get in fights with her. He did not do this behavior before his sister got caught on her bed and he got scared. It was recently discovered that Moka's problem was a medical condition that was easily treated. I think he would really thrive with someone who could spend a lot of time with him in a SINGLE cat household in which he is the star of the show. My favorite things about Moka: his continuous affection, in which he follows me from room to room, his happy purrs, especially when he rolls over for a chest rub and drools with happiness. He isn't a lap sitter on his own but he will set next to you and you can put him on your lap for pets and he will fall asleep. He loves to play with wands (chasing, hide-and-seek, jumps in the air). He will do best with a cat-experienced person. Currently he is staying at the Kona Garden at the Humane Society of Silicon Valley but caring for him will give you unbelievable rewards if you can give him a safe, supportive, loving home. Moka is an Indoor Only cat. He will need time to adjust to a new home. Adoption must be in the local San Francisco Bay Area. Moka will do best in a calm home with adults, without children or dogs. He is an Indoor-Cat. For more information on Moka please contact Victor at 651-795-1007

Story
I'm a beautiful black cat with soft fur and thoughtful eyes, the kind who likes to observe the world before stepping into it. Once I decide you're my person, though, I'm all in. I enjoy gentle affection, cozy spots, and being near you while you go about your day. If you're looking for a loyal companion with elegant vibes and a heart of gold, I might just be the missing piece in your home. When you adopt me, please keep me indoors-only. Not only will I have a longer life, but I will be healthier and safe from the many dangers the great outdoors can pose to a curious kitty like me. I could be lost or stolen and experience things like overexposure to direct sunlight, natural predators like coyotes, and vehicles which can all be hazards to my health. Primary Color: Black Weight: 7.6 Age: 4yrs 0mths 1wks
