Story
Jax (full name Car Jack) was found at a car mechanic shop at 3 months old living in a stack of spare tires with his brothers and sisters. Unlike his siblings he was very weak and didn't run when approached. He was scooped up to get veterinary care and ended up staying with us for longer than we expected. A year old, and healthy now, Jax is energetic and a total Ham. Will perform parkour off surfaces. Will roll over to show his belly when called out on mischief.Highly food motivated. Silly. LOVES to play and has so much energy. He doesn't like to cuddle often, but is extremely gentle when asking for freedom with little meows and licks while he squirms.Jax would thrive in a place with space for him to dart around with his zoomies, preferably with kids or adults who enjoy playing to keep up with his energy. A loving, energetic home would be great for him.He comes with his water fountain, cat tree, and favorite toys if wanted by new family.

Video Available! Hey there everyone, my name is Grandville! I am an 11 year old, domestic short hair, neutered male who is medium sized. I know I am considered a senior cat, but don't let my age fool you. I have a lot of energy and love to run around and play. I especially love wand toys and can chase them around forever. Once I am a bit tired out, I love to hang out with my people and get all the pets and head scratches! If you're looking for a more mature gentleman like myself then come and meet me! Story
Hi there, my name is Clash! I am a one year old, spayed female, black domestic shorthair. I am a small, timid girl who values taking things on my own time. I enjoy having my space and would appreciate having a nook or two to for me to nestle myself into for some private time when need be. That way, I can observe from afar, while still getting myself acquainted with your presence. While it may take me a second to warm up to you, I know we can build a trusting relationship with patience and steady, but slow consistency. I'm hopeful to find and confide in the right person. If I sound like I might be a good fit for your family, come down to the shelter and ask for more information about me- Clash ID#A0989732Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.  You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Story
Hello friends, I am Peezy! I am a 6 year old, neutered male, dark chocolate brown, domestic shorthair cat who is large in size.  I'm an easygoing gentleman who enjoys spending time with the people I trust. Since I can get overstimulated at times, I would especially enjoy people who are kind, patient, and gentle with me. My ideal home is a quiet and relaxed one where I can be the only cat, and where I can enjoy the simple pleasures in life—lounging in a sunny spot, stretching out on the floor, and keeping you company throughout the day. I'm a laid-back companion who appreciates a peaceful environment and enjoys being near my favorite people. One of my favorite things is snack time! I love my treats and kibble, and they're even better when you're nearby giving me pets and attention. Story
Hello there, I'm Heathcliff. I am a one-year-old, neutered male, domestic longhaired cat who is medium sized. I am a majestic floof who would love to go home as the only cat with folks prepared for my kitten-like energy! I love to play with toys, pouncing on felt mice is my specialty. I do get a little overstimulated at times, so I would love to go to an adult only household that is experienced with cats like myself; who need lots of playtime so I am able to get my energy out! I have the most gorgeous, luxurious coat that will need regular grooming to maintain its luster. I am also a connoisseur of napping spots- I will always find the coziest place for a snooze. If you are longing for someone to spend time with- whether we are binge watching the latest hot series, or merely staring our the window watching the birdies- I'm the guy for you! Come on down and ask to find out more about me-Heathcliff ID#A970488.Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.  You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by.
