Story

Dexter is such a sweet boy! He's very soft and loves a good chin scratch. We got him and his sister (Daisy) from a neighbor down the roads' cat had a litter a kittens. They have been inseparable from since birth and love to cuddle up with each other on the couch wrestle each other. They are a bonded pair and cannot be split up. He can be slow to warm up but once he does, he will follow you around the house talking your ear off and eventually end up curled up on your lap. He did have some behavioral problems when he was seemingly upset that the litter box was moved outside and accessible through a cat door. He would pee in one specific spot by the front door but after the litter box was moved back inside, the problem has stopped. He is on the older side at 10 years old but he's still just a baby. He lives with my parents but they are looking to rehome them because of their health and not having time and resources to take good care of them. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines.

Story

We got Daisy and her brother, Dexter, from a neighbor down the road who's cat had a whole litter. She was the only girl out of the whole group and seemed to be most attached to her brother Dexter so we got them both. She's a funky lil lady and may take some time getting to know but once you do, she'll head butt you until you pet her. She loves to roll around and stretch, just waiting for someone to scratch her belly. She is my parents cat and they are looking to rehome because of their health and not having the time and resources to take good care of them. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.

Marlie is a very sweet 4 year old cat. She loves people, adults and children. She does not, however, like other animals. She has been separated from our other cats for quite some time. With the help of a vet we tried different things to reintroduce her but she will attack the other cats. She has never been aggressive or attacked a human. She needs to be the only animal in the home. She loves cuddles and does act like a dog sometimes. She even plays fetch with hair ties! I can’t keep her confined anymore, it’s not fair to her.

Story

Mochi is an 6 year old independent boy who truly loves affection and would love to find a person of his own. He has been an indoor cat his entire life, but he definitely seems to have a strong desire to explore the outdoors. Mochi has struggled with stress around other animals. Although he has spent much of his life with cats and dogs and has often done well with them, there have also been encounters where he has shown aggression. His family has worked with their veterinarian and tried calming techniques, affection, treats, and calming products, but they feel the busy, multi-animal household may simply be too stressful for him. For this reason, we believe Mochi would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can have his own space and plenty of one-on-one attention. His current family loves him very much and wants to find a home where he can feel relaxed, secure, and happy.

Currently at a Gresham Foster Home. Melody is a a sweet girl with a dominant personality. She adores pets and sitting beside you on the couch and has even started getting on her foster's lap! She also has that sassy Siamese personality and will swat/bat at you when you stop petting her and she wants more, or to tell you NO when she is not in the mood for pets. She seems annoyed by most other cats and is the "fun Police" at her foster's home. We think she would do best as an only cat. When Cat Utopia took her in she had 5 precious newborns, she was an amazing though very protective mother and her babies have grown-up and moved out. This empty nester is ready for a home and family of her own! One that treats her like the QUEEN she is of course! She will repay you with much purrs and leg rubs and lap warming.
