Story
Lavender is a 15-year-old sweetheart with a huge heart and a nonstop purr. She is deeply affectionate and bonds strongly with her person. When she loves you, she curls into a little ball, presses her head into you, purrs loudly, and softly meows. When she is truly happy, she even drools a little. Most people who meet her fall in love instantly. Lavender loves being held and snuggled and especially enjoys pets on her cheeks, forehead, and behind her ears. She is gentle, has never bitten anyone, and shows no aggression. She can be fearful of loud noises or people standing over her, but when you move slowly and get on her level, she becomes incredibly loving. She is an indoor-only, spayed senior with early kidney disease and does well on Royal Canin Renal Support dry food. Lavender has long-term litter box challenges related to stress and environment and does best in a calm home willing to adapt for her needs.

Story
Meet Leon the Lion, Leon is a BIG boy, a long boy, a sweet snuggly lover boy, and Primadona. He's very opinionated and has no problem telling you his mood. He LOVES to be in the room with is humans, and he is very good with kids. Leon suffered some kind of trauma or abuse in one of his last homes...he is very guarded with his tail and flanks. He's litter trained, fixed, doesn't spray, and has basic vaccinations, but I have no records. What Leon needs: someone patient and willing to help him work through his traumas hairball care to be solo cat - or with very friendly cats willing to accept him - rejection triggers his territorial nature to be indoors Why he is being rehomed: Our senior cat is very unwelcoming, and it is causing them both too much stress. What Leon gives: large biscuits with a side of drool sassy conversation endless snuggles - lap blanket recommended zoomies endless photo opportunities as he likes to sleep and spread out in funny positions

Story
A friend of mine was evicted recently and asked me to hold onto these cats. I have had them, now, since August and that friend is no longer responding to any messages. I don’t know much about them medically besides what I have done myself. They had fleas and we sorted that out. Then they got tapeworms and we sorted that out. Then they started (as of yesterday) presenting with blood in their stools. I have never owned cats and now I have seen things that would turn a child off the idea of sleeping for the rest of his life. I love these cats dearly. They are extremely clingy and energetic and will make someone very, very happy. I think all things considered they have had an excellent life with me, however, the growing medical expenses and time they require doesn’t very well fit my two-job paycheck-to-paycheck lifestyle. It’s time for them to find a more permanent home where they can receive proper medical attention and possibly one of those gravy-tube treats. (xxx) xxx-xxxx for questions.

Story
Meet Boba. This little fella has quite a life so far. He was born to a feral dumped at a pet store and raised amongst the wild world of retail. Though he can't run a register, he has the sociability and " great customer service skills" one needs in life. Though he captivates everyone who meets him, no one has fully committed to adopting this poor fella. Boba would do best in a home with dogs, kids and someone who's looking for a social cat. Ideally someone looking for a cuddle bug. He would do best with his sister Tempe at his side, but he is a bully to other cats so a home without others is best. Hims is CHUNK. Boba is fed on a timed feeder and has to be controlled, or he will eat himself to death. His ideal day would be lazing about until his person came home, A small play sesh followed by hours of cuddling. Please consider both kitties as they have always been together their whole life. We will continue to foster until the right fit comes along. Please allow cats the time to adjust!

Story
Meet Tempe-Tempest-Memphis-Kiki meow. She, like her brother was born to a feral that was dumped at a pet store. She has always looked like she has seen a ghost. We are convinced she can just see into the other dimensions. Tempe is a sweet and affectionate girl once she gets to know you. But has always been skittish and shy. So, a home that is willing to be patient is a MUST! She loves kids that use their inside voice and let her come to them. At night, she snuggles real tight against you and will groom you if she feeling spunky. So protect your eyebrows. lol She likes dogs the most but we are really hoping Boba and Tempe will find a home together so he can make her feel safer in her new home. She the cat you give to your moody teen that wants a pet of their own and Boba goes to the rowdy younger sibling. Best of both worlds. We are glad to provide a year of free food to the right home that commits to these cats for forever. We will hold on to them until the perfect fit. Is it you?!
