Story
Hi, his name is Cheesepuff . He's a domestic cat, he is a trained and a very clean cat. I'm rehoming him because we have kids and he hides so the kids won't grab him. I'm looking for a quiet environment for him, he's very playful, sweet and he loves cuddles. He's really shy at first.

Story
This is Data, he was born February 2019, so in a few months he will be 7 y/o. Data is a big, beautiful boy! But his handsomeness comes at a price, both literal and behavioral. Over the years, his mental and physical health has been getting worse. He has anxiety and twitches profusely and spasms when he's in a rough patch. In 2022, he was sent to the emergency vet to undergo surgery for urinary blockage to have crystals removed. Since then, Data has been on medicated food (Royal Canin - Urinary SO Dry Food, $117.⁹⁹ for their biggest bag which lasts roughly 6 weeks). Lately, however, he started peeing on towels. We're unsure if it's due to his anxiety or maybe the blockage is reoccurring. Unfortunately, if he is suffering from health problems, we are unable to pay his bill again. Data isn't getting attention as much anymore, and would do well as an only pet in a calm environment. He deserves a better fit.

Story
Taco ! Taco wakkoooo! Is an amazing cat! Soooo friend, he will love you to death. Just pet him & he will follow you wherever you go. He is mostly an indoor cat but he does go outside sometimes . Don’t worry he will always come back , he never wonders far , just occasionally wants to go lay in the sun and sleep. I love taco wakko and I would keep him BUT I have recently moved into a small trailer. There is nowhere for him to run or explore or sleep without being bothered . Plus it’s next to a busy highway and there is no where for him to go. He is under a lot of stress because of this big change & I also don’t have the fund to care for him anymore. He needs a good loving home ! He does fine with other cats , he even cuddled with them. ( Dogs he is not so fond of but I’m sure he could adjust. He is an all black cat and I love that about him . He really has been getting bladder infections & I think that is because of the stress. Please help me find him a good loving home!!

Story
I acquired Favio through a friend. He is almost 4 years old. When looking for a new home for Favio, the most important thing is a safe and loving environment. This includes a family that understands cat behavior and is committed to providing proper care, like regular vet visits, a good diet, and plenty of playtime. For example, a great home would be one where the cat has its own space to retreat to, like a cozy bed or a cat tree, and where the family is patient and understanding, especially during the adjustment period. He is curious, playful and affectionate.

Story
I took this cat in from another house, but unfortunately, I have allergies. This cat is extremely affectionate and would do well with a house with kids to give him all the pets or for a senior who is home and lonely. This cat will continuously give you head butts and lay on your lap. He just wants somebody there to love Unfortunately, with my work hours being gone days at a time and working 12 hours I cannot provide that for him.

Story
Harold (named by his rescuer "because every cat needs a name") appears to have been left behind at a motel a week ago and is still waiting for his forever family. He’s incredibly loving, a total purr machine, and an expert cuddler—he even wrapped his little arms around my arm and rested his head on me (instant swoon!).  He is grateful to be rescued. He’s litterbox trained, calm around both dogs and other cats, and has a slightly cross-eyed look that makes him even more irresistibly adorable. He was found on 11/20 at the Marriott Residence Inn in Salem, OR on Hawthorne.  He would love to have a home for the holidays where he is loved and cherished.  He resides in Salem and his rehoming fee is $25.  Indoor only for his safety.     For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
