Story
Miko is an adorable, friendly little guy who loves attention and play. He was found in Jan. 2026 wandering outdoors at a rest stop in California. Since being rescued, he's been neutered, microchipped, and treated for the effects of his time outdoors. He has also tested negative for feline leukemia & feline AIDs, and been brought up-to-date on all vaccines except for feline distemper, which he will need. Signs that you're a good fit for Miko: - You have time for petting, play, and overall attention. - You are okay with him getting on the counters at times, either in general or until he can be trained not to. - Alternatively, you have a separate space in which to keep him so that you can supervise every time he is allowed near counters until he learns. - You do NOT leave food out unattended, especially pastries. He really likes butter and will open a box to reach any pastries inside if left alone for too long. If you can handle the above, Miko is a sweet boy with so much love to give!

Story
Delilah, 6 yars old,  may be shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, her affectionate personality really shines. She loves attention and happily soaks up all the pets you’re willing to give. While she’s usually a laid-back girl, she does have playful bursts of energy and enjoys interactive playtime—especially if it involves one of her favorite things: ice cubes! Delilah would thrive in a quiet home without other animals or small children. She may take a little time to trust, but once she does, she becomes a loving and loyal companion. She lives in Vancouver with her owner and her rehoming fee is $60 For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the foster parent for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.   Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 3:44 pm

Story
This majestic, fluffy girl has been an indoor-only cat and is happy living the cozy life. She loves two things most: playing and eating! Miss Fluffy Britches is also quite the talker, always ready to share her thoughts with you. She’s healthy, litter box trained, and full of personality. Don’t be surprised if she gives you the occasional side-eye while you’re eating—with her cute little face tilted and a paw ready to swoop in on what she thinks belongs to her! She has been known to enjoy a few human food treats from time to time—favorites include pizza toppings like pepperoni, olives, cheese, mac & cheese, and buttered toast. We’re not sure yet how she does with other pets or children, but in the right home she’s sure to bring lots of charm, fluff, and laughs.  This fluffy cat is 3 yars old and lives in Beaverton with her owner.  Her rehoming fee is $75.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Story
George is a loving, cuddly boy - 7 years old - who has grown up in a home with kids, a dog, and another cat, and he’s done wonderfully with them all. He can be a little skittish around people he doesn’t know at first, but once he becomes familiar with you, he turns into a very affectionate and loyal companion. George has a playful and funny personality. He absolutely loves bags, boxes, and just about anything he can squeeze himself into! Watching him explore and make himself comfortable in the most unexpected places is sure to make you smile. George has been an indoor/outdoor cat his whole life and prefers to go outside to potty, so he hasn’t been litter box trained. Unfortunately, our current housing situation no longer allows us to give him the indoor/outdoor lifestyle he’s used to. We want George to find a home where he will be loved and cherished as much as he has been with our family. He truly deserves a home that can give him the time, space, and affection he thrives on. George is currently living in Springfield with his family, and his rehoming fee is $50 to ensure he goes to a caring home. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Story
Dolly and Smokey are a beautiful brother and sister duo looking for a new home where they can enjoy the outdoors and keep watch over a barn, shop, or rural property. Both cats are used to spending most of their time outdoors and occasionally coming inside or relaxing in a heated garage. They currently live with other cats and are mild-mannered and easygoing. Dogs do frighten them, so a dog-free environment would be best. Dolly is the shy one of the pair, but once she feels comfortable she enjoys attention and especially loves gentle head pets. She’s a calm girl who likes to lounge and observe the world with her gorgeous golden eyes. Smokey is a little more active and curious. He enjoys exploring, lounging nearby, and absolutely loves belly rubs. He has striking lemon-yellow eyes and a friendly personality. He occasionally teases his sister during the day, sending her running, but at night they still settle down close to each other. They are buddies and enjoy each other’s company, but they do not have to be adopted together. These two would do wonderfully as barn cats, shop cats, or farm companions where they can have safe shelter and space to roam while helping keep rodents away.  These cats are currently in Salem with their caregiver and their adoption fee is $50 for the pair.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
