Story
We have had Misty just under 6 years now, we got her from a friend when she was a kitten. Misty is a very very sweet cat but is pretty anxious. She doesn’t like other cats but loves people. This is why we have to find her a new home, she is unhappy here. An ideal home for her would be one with no other pets or someone who is home most of the day.

Story
Echidna is a beautiful grey female with the faintest hint of spots and stripes. Like her sisters hedgehog and porcupine, she was previously feral, but is now cautiously friendly and affectionate. She startles at unfamiliar noises, but is doing well with common household noise. She will hide from strangers. She is the most nervous of the bunch and is very wary of being approached and does not tolerate being held. She does love being a pet on her terms. This usually occurs when seated on the couch in the quiet hours of the evening. She will nudge your feet or legs and purr loudly and will accept pets and tummy rubs. Recently, she has been approaching me in the mornings with quiet meows and will even let me reach down to pet her while I`m standing. She desperately needs other cats. She always sleeps with her sisters and she will look for them if they get seperated. She would do well in a home with one of her sisters or with other friendly cats. Her favorite toy is a hairband or plastic ring toy, but she also likes a good stick toy. She needs an understanding person who is willing to take it slow and get to know her, but I do think she will make a loving companion for the right person.

Brand isn’t the type to demand attention, but he quietly seeks out companionship and forms deep bonds with his people. If you’re looking for a kind-hearted, low-key companion who will be by your side and shower you with gentle affection, Brand is your guy. Story
Pineapple is the comedian of the litter. He loves hishair ties, wanting you to throw them so he can go andfetch them, coming back to drop them at your feet andmeow AGAIN. If you’re not around to be the throwerhe takes care of that part by flinging them. He isn’t thebrightest at times, but he hasn’t hurt himself oranyone else. He will approach for pet, meowing, andlove to have his head scratched and scratched – hisfoster calls it a brain massage. He rewards the humanwith loud purrs. We he finds his human he will beputty in their arms. The foster has a 14-year-old girland Pineapple lets her carry him around, on his back, and be part of silly skits, all while purring for her.Body scratches are something Pineapple likes insmall doses. When it is too much, he will use his frontpaws to grab a finger or two and move them up to hishead. He doesn’t use claws. Pineapple will also lovebite but has never broken skin.
