Story
Ham is a sweet and loving big, black cat. He grew up on the mean streets but knew from an early age the street life was not for him. Since finding his way into a snuggly warm house he’s never once looked back. He needs to be a 100% indoor cat. He will watch any other small pets (hamsters, birds, fish) with fascination until he can take the temptation any longer, so keeping around other small pets is not ideal, though I think he would love another cat to snuggle and clean. Hobbies: Snacking and napping. Laying by the heater. When it’s already warm out, find him in his cat tree or near a window watching the wild birds. He enjoys “rug time” in the evenings where he will lazily bat around some toys in between cleaning, and requests you use this time to brush him to keep his coat looking good. Quirks: Ham loves to have his arms stretched out. If you find the perfect spot to scratch on his back he simply must start licking. He will groom blankets.

Story
Ronin was abandoned by his mom. He was raised in isolation by a marvelous rescue human away from other cats. He's not really good at getting along with cats and doesn't really know how to be one himself. He spent more time around goats than anything else which makes him an interesting companion. He loves his people, is loyal, and likes to sit in laps for a time and is off to do something around the house. He can get overstimulated with petting and often jumps down after a short time. Always active and entertaining, wanting to be on top of everything that goes on. He has fantastic fur courtesy of his breeds, a great purr, sleeps on our bed, and gets nightly treats. Because of his unusual upbringing he is terrified of new surroundings and will take a while to acclimate. While he does, he'll hiss and strike out. You'll need to be patient. It took him 2 days to come out of his carrier and longer to explore other rooms.

Story
🐾 Meet Ares — looking for his forever home 🐾 Due to an upcoming move, I’m sadly looking to rehome Ares as soon as possible and find him a place where he can truly thrive. Ares is about 5 years old and a very special boy. He’s been through a lot and has grown into an independent, gentle soul. He loves laying beside you for company but isn’t a big cuddler — affection is on his terms. He’s smart, entertaining, and happy amusing himself with his toys. Ares needs to be the only pet in the home and does best when he can choose to be indoor or outdoor. He would thrive in a home with children 13+ who can respect his space and boundaries. Our vet believes Ares has some anxiety but didn’t feel medication was needed — lots of play, enrichment, and routine help him most. He’s surprisingly sociable and loves greeting anyone who comes into the house with a friendly “hi.” Because of this, he’d do best in a home where someone is around on a fairly consistent schedule.

Story
Introducing 3 of the most precious rescued kittens on the entire planet! They were found at 3 months old in a neighbors backyard, starving and eating birdseed that dropped on the ground. Now, after 6 months of socializing, loving fostering and fattening; these3 kitties are ready for adoption! They have had all shots and boosters, worming and I will help with spaying expenses. They are females, healthy, playful, and have beautiful markings. They get along with other cats in the household. Preferably looking for an adult only household. Also, they are indoor only cats. Story
Our barn cat had a litter of 5 kittens in August. We brought them into our home and have had them taken to the vet for rabies shots, dewormer, and neutering. Blue is going on 7 months now. He is handsome, and so sweet. He is the only boy in the litter and watches out for his sisters - especially the tiny one. He is healthy and playful. One of the girls has found a new home, 2 of them we are keeping, and both blue and his sister Petunia need new homes since we cannot afford to keep 4 cats.

Story
Petunia was born in August and brought into the house from the barn with her 4 other siblings. A "kitten package" was purchased for each kitten at our local vet which included all of their first shots, dewormer, flea and tick treatments, and spay/neuter. Petunia has not been taken to be spayed yet. However, the cost has been prepaid so long as you have the procedure done at Orchard Hills animal Hospital in Washougal. She is adorable, sweet, and loves to be pet. She is a little shy and likes to go cuddle in her bed, but she lets you pick her up and cuddle her in your arms. She would make a good house cat for someone who would like a little furry friend. She gets along well with other cats so if yours needs a playmate, she's your girl!
