Story
We got him in 2o17 he was a few weeks old. My wife passed away and my schedule at work keeps me away fro the house 14 - 15 hours five to six days a week. He needs a dog life and being in the kennel 9o% of the time is not a good life.

Story
Sweet Denali has been with the rescue for over 2 yrs and has yet to find his forever home! He is an 8 1/2 year old Chihuahua mix weighing only 11.7 lbs. When he joined the rescue he battled IBS, but thankfully after months of doctors visits and trying different medications he has been symptom free!  He is eating regular dog food softend due to the amount of teeth he has but enjoys a good meal without any tummy issues.  For precautions due to history, we do limit his food to no people food or excesive treats.  He loves walks, car rides, people and sunnying. Denali is great with other dogs, cats and everyone he meets. He will still occasionally potty in the house, but wearing a belly band in the home is a simple solution to protecting the carpet! This boy is so deserving of a forever home. Apply to adopt Denali at www.rescuerowinc.org Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a home check Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##1236917##

Story
In 2021, Hazelnut and her puppies, the Nutty Crew, were adopted from Rescue Row. Unfortunately, we recently had to welcome Nova, formerly Macadamia, back into our care. She was adopted out with her sister, Cashew, but the pair started exhibiting littermate syndrome at about a year of age. Most notably, Nova and Cashew began teaming up on the other two dogs in the home. Their family tried to make it work for two years, but it eventually became too much to handle. Unfortunately, the only way to truly stop littermate syndrome is to separate the dogs. Cashew stayed with her family and Nova rejoined Rescue Row, and we are so relieved to report that neither are causing issues any longer. Nova is timid-natured but a very, very sweet pup. It took her a few days to get used to her foster home, but she has adjusted well to her new routine. She is shy when she meets new people, so potential adopters will have to realize that she may not be your best friend right away! She absolutely loves teenagers and lights up around them. She loooves food and treats, so that makes it relatively easy to win her over. Nova does well with the other dogs in her foster home and has recently started trying to play with one of them. She is a big cuddler and seizes the opportunity to sit on any open lap. She is both potty trained and kennel trained. Nova will bark at loud noises so no apartments please! Nova is a 3 year old Chihuahua mix weighing 12.4lbs. If you are interested in adding her to your family, please visit rescuerowinc.org to fill out an application! *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. Story
Quite a dapper dude if I do say so myself! "Francis 'FORD' Coppola is looking for his very own home! Yes, he is this cute! But cute can sometimes be complicated... you know the type! He can be a love bucket... but takes time to warm up. He can be playful but takes time to warm up. He can be a great couch potato to watch your favorite movie with you but takes time to warm up. He came from a really bad hoarding situation and had no human interaction or direct human contact for probably the first part of his life (guessing he might have been a year old by the time I got him) so it takes him a long time to trust strangers; but it can be done! He needs a VERY patient new family. Probably wouldn't be good with little kids or a super busy household (too scary and too loud). He gets along nicely with my other dogs (proper introductions are an absolute must). I don't know how he would be as an only dog... if his new mom/dad was home most of the time and spent a lot of time with him, he might be ok. If you or someone you know might like to hear more about him... please reach out to me!! His special family is out there somewhere... I just know it!

Story
Here are some facts: *Jimmy is like 2 wonderful dogs in one..... very playful with humans and other dogs....... and adores his toys. However he will also sit on your lap and cuddle endlessly as he adores humans too! *Very high energy and would do best with a backyard or a very active owner. *Loves kids and will play for hours. *Very smart and learning new commands daily. *Walks well on leash- *Jimmy's adjectives are: happy, playful, sweet, smart, loving, funny, active, and sensitive! #timelesscompanion There lived a dog with a heart as genuine as the legendary actor he was named after-Jimmy Stewart. This furry companion, much like his namesake, has a charm that transcends time. He is so playful and such a lap dog. He is truly a joy to have around and will be a great addition to a family. He is a delightful mix of wisdom and playfulness. With eyes that mirror the kindness of the original Jimmy Stewart, he trots through life, leaving paw prints of joy on the hearts of everyone he meets. This four-legged friend has a talent for spreading love and laughter. Who wouldn't want an adorable furry friend named after a Hollywood legend. Jimmy Stewart is very sweet, walks well on a leash and is house trained as long as he is taken out regularly. All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. You can complete an application or view all the adoptable pets on our website at www.dallasdog.org/adopt. Upon receiving your application, please allow us 2-3 business days to review and process.
