This 3 to 4-year-old Chi/pug mix is fully vaccinated, crate-trained, and potty-trained. He’s got wonderful manners and a calm presence, but he’s a bit reserved at first and needs time to feel safe and secure in new surroundings. Once he knows you’re one of the good ones, Stanley’s gentle affection begins to shine. He gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a quieter home with older kids who understand the beauty of earning a shy dog’s trust. Stanley tested heartworm positive, but he’s already completed his treatment and is now heartworm free!! All he needs from you is a safe space and a heart open to a slower, more thoughtful bond. These two sweet boys are a bonded pair, so we are looking for a home where they can stay together. They do great with other small dogs, so a home with additional small canine friends would be a great fit. Here’s what their foster mom has to say: “Leo is the smaller of the two and full of energy—he loves playing with all the dogs. His brother, Milo, is a sweet boy who never says no to a treat! Milo is very attached to Leo and will cry when they’re apart. Both are potty and crate trained, though Milo may mark his territory occasionally.” Leo and Milo are 5 year old Chihuahua mixes. Bingo has completed his heartworm treatment and is officially looking for his forever home! This is what Bingo’s foster mom has to say about him: “Bingo would do best in a home with another small dog to play with. He loves going on car rides and will happily tag along anywhere he’s invited. At the end of the day, Bingo wants nothing more than to sleep in bed with his mom and/or dad.” Bingo is potty trained and kennel trained, although he can be trusted in the house when left alone without kenneling. He attaches quickly to his person and would do best with someone that works from home or is home the majority of the time. He is a huge snuggle bug! Bingo is a 6 year old, 15 lb, Chihuahua/Dachshund mix (our best guess).
