Story
These two sweet boys are a bonded pair, so we are looking for a home where they can stay together. They do great with other small dogs, so a home with additional small canine friends would be a great fit. Here’s what their foster mom has to say: “Leo is the smaller of the two and full of energy—he loves playing with all the dogs. His brother, Milo, is a sweet boy who never says no to a treat! Milo is very attached to Leo and will cry when they’re apart. Both are potty and crate trained, though Milo may mark his territory occasionally.” Leo and Milo are 5 year old Chihuahua mixes. If you’re ready to welcome this adorable duo into your home, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2487807##

Story
Rocky is a 4.5-year-old neutered male Chihuahua mix with BIG personality packed into a little frame. If you’re looking for energy, entertainment, and nonstop affection… this is your guy.Rocky is excitable, goofy, and has a lot to say. He comes with the cutest little bark and absolutely loves to “talk” to you about his day. He’s incredibly social and makes it his personal mission to greet every single person in the room — because clearly, everyone should be giving him attention.Once he picks you, he’s glued to your leg. Pets? Yes. Snuggles? Absolutely. Constant affection? Mandatory. Rocky thrives on love and makes sure he gets his fair share (and maybe a little extra). And the confidence? Unmatched. Yesterday he was proudly attempting to carry around toys bigger than he is — because size has never stopped him from living his best life.If you want a hilarious, affectionate, attention-loving little sidekick who will keep you smiling and make sure you never feel ignored again, Rocky is ready to run your house (and your heart).CAME IN WITH BENJI AND YETI. WOULD LOVE TO STAY TOGETHER.

Story
💌 A Valentine from Alfie 💌 Dear Future Forever Family, I can’t bear to be without you. 🐻😉 I know we haven’t met yet, but I already saved you a spot right next to me...preferably on the couch, maybe with a soft blanket, and definitely with plenty of scritches. I’m very polite about asking for them, of course. A gentleman always is. 🎩 My foster mama says I’m “just perfect,” but I think I’m just a sweet boy who really loves being close to his people. I’m super snuggly, gentle, and I promise to always use my best manners. Here are a few things you should know about your future Valentine: ☑️ I get along wonderfully with other dogs ☑️ I’m housebroken (because gentlemen keep things tidy) ☑️ I politely request scritches, and I'll give you the sweetest looks in return ☑️ I sleep through the night in my little dog bed without a peep All I’m missing is you. 🫵 Will you be my forever Valentine? I promise to love you with my whole heart — no teddy bear required. Love, Alfie 🐾 ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://iamdogrescue.org/adoption-application/ ***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ*** Our adoption fee is $175. We require an application to be completed prior to setting up a meet-and-greet. We do not offer "on-the-spot" adoptions. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to match dogs with families that will be a good fit to help ensure a successful adoption. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason. Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are usually only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference is required, and a trial period will be completed before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.
