Story
Hi, I’m Christine. I’m a Chihuahua mix with a soft, shy side that just needs a little time to shine. I get along well with dogs and kids, and once I feel safe, I become a total sweetheart who loves attention and gentle affection. I’m playful with toys, curious about new things, and treat motivated , which makes learning easy and fun for me. I’m quiet, well-behaved, and still working on my leash skills, but I try hard to make my people happy. If you’re looking for a tender-hearted little companion who blossoms with love and patience, I’d be so happy to meet you.

Story
Hi, I’m Mick. I’m an 11-pound Chihuahua mix with a sweet, cuddly personality and a gentle nature. I get along great with other dogs and kids, and I’m always happy to make new friends. I haven’t been tested with cats yet, but I’m a curious little guy who loves exploring and learning new things. I’m affectionate, well-behaved, playful with toys, and very treat motivated, which makes training both fun and easy. If you’re looking for a small, loving companion who wants to be right by your side, I’d love the chance to be part of your family

Story
My name is Feisty, and I’m a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix with a big personality packed into a small frame. I am currently in foster care. I love going for walks and jogs, chasing squirrels, and feeling the wind on my face during car rides, especially when I can peek out the window. I’m loyal and affectionate once I trust you, but I like to take things at my own pace and prefer to be the one to initiate that bond. I do best in an adult-only home where my boundaries are respected. Once I know you’re my person, expect plenty of love, laughter, and even a few toe kisses to show it.

Hi, I’m Leona! I’m a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing about 24 pounds. I get along great with dogs, cats, and kids, and I have a gentle, quiet personality. I can be shy at first, but once I get to know you, I turn into the biggest cuddle bug you’ll ever meet. I love going for walks and staying right beside you on the leash. I’m affectionate, curious, and love getting attention from my favorite people. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion who just wants to be loved, I think we’d be perfect together.

Story
These two sweet boys are a bonded pair, so we are looking for a home where they can stay together. They do great with other small dogs, so a home with additional small canine friends would be a great fit. Here’s what their foster mom has to say: “Leo is the smaller of the two and full of energy—he loves playing with all the dogs. His brother, Milo, is a sweet boy who never says no to a treat! Milo is very attached to Leo and will cry when they’re apart. Both are potty and crate trained, though Milo may mark his territory occasionally.” Leo and Milo are 5 year old Chihuahua mixes. If you’re ready to welcome this adorable duo into your home, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2487807##
