This handsome boy needs a very special person in his life, as he struggles to trust many humans. Prince might like someone immediately, but it is rare. He did not like his foster mom at all initially, but now he is loving and adoring of her. He is an outgoing and fun dog once he chooses to trust someone; otherwise, he makes it clear that he prefers to be left alone. Prince lives with many other dogs and is exceptionally playful with the smaller dogs in his home. He has not been cat tested, but ignores the cats in their catio in his foster home. He has learned to accept and walk on a leash and even enjoys going for walks now. He is house-trained and has good house manners, which is excellent because he hates being in a crate.He needs a home with minimal people coming and going, and/or a place where he can be away from those who do not live with him, and where there are no young children. His perfect home would be with his human, and how many other dogs his human would like to have live with them.Prince is fully vetted, current with vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and on flea and tick, as well as heartworm, prevention.

Pinto was one of 7 pups that came to us with their Mom, Paisley. They were very fearful and unsocialized. Over time we rehabilitated 3 of his siblings and they were adopted. Pinto is now showing signs of progress and for the right home, is ready. A loving and patient home is what he needs to overcome his remaining fears but he is loving and wants to be your good boy! Mork came in with Mindy where they were part of a large group of dogs that were abandoned in a poor area known for stray dogs. They survived because a few people in that area fed them, and 1 lady in particular tries to help as many as she can. We took them to get them off the street and give them a better life. These are sweet dogs that just need a chance to show you their personalities and their love. Rescued dogs like this make great pets because they are so grateful. Mork is a favorite here at the rescue. We think Mork is a Retriever, and Collie or Shepherd. He did well in the car and everyone at the Vet's office fell in love with him. He can be adopted alone or with Mindy. I get along well with other dogs and kids, walk nicely beside you on a leash, and already know commands like sit and lay down. I can be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, my gentle and curious personality shines through. I’m still working on a few manners, but I’m eager to learn and ready to find a family who will love me as much as I’ll love them.

Meet Bravo, a 35-pound sweetheart with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. While he may be a little timid at first, he warms up quickly and becomes an affectionate, loyal companion. Bravo gets along well with other dogs and shows no signs of food aggression. He’s still working on building his confidence, doorways and new environments can be a little scary but he’s improving every day and walking better on a leash with each outing. Bravo is not a fan of cats, so a feline-free home would be best. With a little patience and a lot of love, he’ll thrive in a calm, caring home where he can continue to blossom.

He adores playing with his littermates and foster family -- adults, kids, and even cats! His floppy ears often flip inside out, and he's happiest lounging on the couch with his people. Theo is a toy enthusiast, especially stuffed ones (though he's known to un-stuff them with gusto!). He's all about treats, cuddles, and soaking up attention. While he can get a little rowdy when excited, he just needs gentle guidance around smaller children. Theo is looking for a loving home with time to help him grow -- crate training, leash walking, and housebreaking are still on his to-do list. He'd thrive with an active family, a yard to play in, and a cozy indoor bed to call his own. With his giant heart and playful spirit, Theo will fill your life with joy, loyalty, and endless affection. Theo is neutered, UTD on shots and boosters, microchipped, and currently on monthly NexGard and Heartgard. Theo is part of the Guest Dog Program through DFW Rescue Me. His foster family will bring him to a home visit for any potential forever families for a meet and greet. The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $300.00 and that includes their vaccinations, spay or neuter, rabies and microchip.
